Your pictures online look like cotton knits & textured fabrics. But in real life they are kind of an odd silky print that doesn't fit like I expected. The colors are not at all the same (usually darker or muted than online). I ordered 7 items and returned 6. I won't be shopping with them again.

Stressful due to I had no idea how much shipping was till the very end, and up at top of page it says 10% extra for new and I have no idea if that would give me a additional saving to the 15% for first time buyer? Or would that 10% wipe out the 15%? Its a bit confusing. Also the size chart made no sense at all to me reding bust size 99? What does that even mean? I could only go off of small medium large! Hope this fits me :) its a lovely dress.

Then it was $9.99 shipping...another lie. I got the wrong color dress, but choose to keep it BECAUSE I AM NOT spending any more money with you to send it back.

Beautifull clothes and shoes! I could not wait to get them! However, over half of what I ordered never arrived. They sent me replacement instructions, but I have yet to receive any of the replacement items I have ordered. Don't bother trying to return anything, because they make it very difficult to do so. After you order and pay for your merchandise, it takes them a month to finally tell you that what you ordered is out of stock and please order a replacment. The replcements take forever to arrive if they ever do!

I originally ordered this dress at a much lower price, but then was told it was sold ut. I was VERY disappointed. I am excited t receive this one (a slightly different pattern, but the same style).
Answer: Because you get lured in by deals and don't read reviews. My loss too, glad I never ordered more items - I think this company is a fraud, or unable to cope with plain business, shouldn't be allowed to operate at this level

Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
