My experience not pleasant and I will NOT order anything else from the company. I sent two emails that were unanswered until I had an investigation into getting a refund. The one pair of shoes I ordered did not fit correctly and I ordered the correct size. I did not want to go through the hassle of sending them back if I couldn't even get a response back from the items I paid for and did not receive.
So far, the experience has been pleasant, I will be certain once I received the merchandise and the quality of my items.

I've received everything from my order except for one outfit. I've loved JFN since I started ordering from them almost 3 years ago! They have problems with the shipping. Takes too long to get it to the USA. The processing time needs to be shorter! I love all the unique details that they add to almost every item of clothing they sell.
Love their clothes! So unique! Need to watch the size guides for each item to be sure you get the perfect size!
Had a minor problem getting the free shipping code to work but I finally got it to work. This seems to be happening quite frequently to customers. Please have someone check it out. Thank You very much!
JFN ROCKS!
I've been shopping with JFN since October 2021. The only problem is the length of time that it takes to get your items once it's shipped and the lack of responsibility for when it's in the shipping process until you receive it.
Once you figure how to use the different codes to your advantage it's not difficult sat all. I have enjoyed everything I've received from JFN.
Love JFN. Once you understand the ins and outs it very easy and simple to use. The Facebook page helps a lot. Of course the only downfall is the shipping time. That's why I just order when it seems right instead of trying to get something for a special occasion! Keep improving, you're doing a great job! JFN ROCKS
Other than the long wait due to the distance and other issues going on with the transportation of good I am very happy with the items I ordered and received. Everything I've gotten from JFN has been very well made. They wash and dry well and need little to no ironing. I will be placing another order soon when the shipping charges are taken care of on a gift certificate I won. You customer service is well run and for the most part quite responsive.
The discount system is very difficult to keep track of. I'm very satisfied with everything I received in this order. Everything fit perfectly! Something needs to be done about the return policy. I'm still Leary about ordering anting even if it's the same style but a different color as the sizing varies considerably. I have always used the sizing guide. But it sure didn't work well on the larger order I placed where 4 out of the 8 items I ordered didn't fit. I as a shopper had no choice but to accept whatever you decided to give me due to the difficulties involved in returning items from overseas. I hope that your upper management take a good long look at this policy and come up with a return policy that is more fair to your customers. Love your clothes WHEN THEY FIT!
Discount system is too complicated!
I ordered 5 items from Just Fashion. The shoes were adequate. The clothes were junk. The fabric was awful and not as pictured. The sizes were all over the place, some too big and others too small. I choose to keep a couple of items because I could wear around the house, but not in public. I have been trying to return the other items for 3 weeks. You can't return to Just Fashion, you have to deal with the shipper. They are very nice but nothing gets done. I am still waiting for instructions to return and get a refund.

Material was nice, but, clothes too small. You sent duplicates. Very disappointed! Will not be ordering anything else from you!
Shipping too expensive
The sizing was all over the map! Some I should've ordered small, some medium… One was recommended is large, and it's huge.
And the return policy is ridiculous! Less than half of my order was satisfactory and it would cost me almost as much to return it as a Del's Dubai it.
I will not use this company again again.

Terrific selection -- just wish there were some petites!
Two of the nice tops were more of a rayon/poly blend but I don't think the description said that. The photos are very nice but several look more like cotton blends, which I prefer.
Read that you got 100% return. Only got 55%, wanted to return all items. Very frustrating
Been waiting for comfermation of an orrder that has not come. But cant wait to see if it come so I'm ordering another time.

Beautiful clothing for my upcoming vacation!
Fitted perfectly and looks so pretty. I like the option of paying with PayPal.
Picking out items was great. I had to return most of the water due to size differential. Some items that team did not look like they did when I ordered them.
I found a lot really nice things.
I hope they are as nice when I received them.
The quality of the dress was not what I expected. The sizing chart and the actual size were not the same. I went by the bust size and the dress was way too large. I thought the dress was made in the US, but the tag says Made in China.

After adding each item to your cart, the site goes back to the start so you have to go through all the items again
Items are good. Fabric not what I was expecting but its satisfactory. Sizing was ok.
Love the styles and colors. Sizes mostly are true! Some mediums run small.

Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
