Prefer going to the store they seem to have more selection and better sales

Straight forward process which is always appreciated.

Not happy with the sizing of dresses, they are not even close to size ordered. Did not expect added exchange fees. Can't return as the added fees make it too expensive.

Shoes I ordered were at least 2 sizes too large. The sizes for the other clothing items were inconsistent as well. There is no way to return the items unless you want to pay to ship back to China so I took the measly 15% refund, which really sucks. I will not order with this company again.

Nice designs and great prices. Shipping was faster than I expected.

Products very cheap and very oversized. Don't like having savings codes offered for use, then being unable to apply them.

Sorry but nothing fits I would like to return the items but there is not way to find "Return an item"

I ordered 2 blouses in a large because thats what i normally wear and when i received them they fit like a 2xx, really oversized so i put in for a return and they said they didnt do refunds but they could refund me 15% of my order, ARE YOU KIDDING ME! If i wanted to get the refund i would have to download a label and pay for the postage back to China and declare how much the items where worth and if i said to much i would have to pay more money! WHAT, 70 dollars is what I'm out, Never again will i do business with this company, What a scam and if you look at their reviews they are all there own doing comments like "NICE GOOD" never felt so rip off!

'A bit confusing at the final paying stage of this shopping, but hopefully, I can sort this out. Also, I'm not familiar with buying clothes from the USA this way, and I forgot that your sizing was different from ours here. Eg. Your Small size is actually a Medium in NZ & in other countries. However, the Men's Medium was fine.

The shipping is expensive they put if you buy 99 and up is free shipping is no true. Also some don't fix me and are big even is my size

As long as they fit im good. Send a return just incase please.

You need to make it easier to checkout! Everytime my order moved or was delayed, I was informed. This gave me peace of mind in this day and age where a lot of these places you spend your money with could care less whether a person is satisfied or not, just as long as they get your money. Five star service to say the least! Will purchase more products in the future!

Love the shopping experience hope the clothes are as great as this experience.

Maybe the next time I order I can better describe my experience but so far it was okay it arrived. I was satisfied with my purchase wish I hadn't got a size smaller but overall of you it was great and I would do it again.

I'm always doing Christmas gift shopping. I just took care of my sister and one for my mom. The rest of the things are just for me 'cause I never go shopping just for myself.

WOWEE what a selection! I couldn't wait to get my three shirts. I am a true small, and of course ordered Small… when they came, I loved the design, fabrics and workmanship. HOWEVER, the shirts. We're TOO big… I contacted customer service, they said rather than me returning the items, they would give me 15% of the retail price, which I have yet to receive. I doubt that I will reorder from this company again.
