Material in top I ordered was flimsy and the color was obnoxious. Didn't like it at all. To return was a nightmare. Still not satisfied.

Didn't care for the quality of the clothing. I gave away what I ordered. Very unlikely I will order anything again from this company.

Did not know order was coming from China. Did not fit. Could not get dress over chest, came down to ankles, flimsy material. I could not even give the dresses away.

Saw your advertising ad and looked at many choices. I clicked on two beautiful blouses for my daughter and when I went to place the order as a new customer was told I already had an account. When site asked for my password, I had no clue. Went to reset PW but could not. Decided to call Customer Service Dept the next day but then got busy and didn't call. I was doubly shocked when the package came from you: 1.) Because what arrived was not what I was going to purchase; and 2.) I never completed the original order.

Site did not ship items I dowered and was charged for. I ordered 4 items, and a few weeks later I received 2. I then received am email asking me to give the site a positive rating. I responded to the email letting them know I did not receive 2 items and provided all order information. Of course I did not get a reply to that email. I now receive an advertisement email from them every day, but there is no way to contact customer service about my missing order or a refund. I spent over $80 for 2 shorts valued under $20 each. The site is a scam.

Easy and had products in stock, The selection of clothing is great we look forward to having the products in hand.

(Went into Target on line and saw your items and ordered for my Granddaughter. Easy as long as everything goes through as I have it laid out... Thank you!)
HOWEVER... the two tops which I ordered thinking the size would fit... came in an XLg and cannot be worn by Granddaughter. It will cost too much to return them so we are just going to donate them to the Salvation Army... If I had know these were coming from out of the Country I would not have ordered!

Your size chart was so far off! Returning is impossible settled for a negotiated refund! Not a full refund! Never again!

I really like your styles, patterns and selections. But return shipping is so expensive I will not shop with you again because I don't want to take the chance. If you could provide a US return address, that would make a big difference and I would be much more likely to try again.

Items were pretty much as described…color a bit different on one shirt than in photos. Fit was as described. I wish the fabric content of the items was given.

Received my little black dress. Super quick with standard mail too.
Less time to get here than in NZ and Australia.!
