First time use I order from Just fashion but did not realize I had to wait so long. Thought I was ordering from somewhere in the US

Lots of choices! I like to be shopping from home. Our local malls are too expensive to shop at and I do not find the variety of styles and colors that you offer.

Have not seen product yet. How can I judge. I ordered three shirts all the same size and they all are different in fitting. Not consistent in sizing. The one has a collar lining which will not lay flat.

My first time ordering and I sure hope all items fit. What is return policy?

Was easy to shop, the clothes looked great in the online catalogue and they were nicely folded and individually packaged BUT they took a long time to arrive and the sizes are all off. One dress (S) is too small; another dress (S) is much too big; one tshirt (S) is much too big.

Took close to a month for delivery since it comes from China. Fabric was different than I expected, but the fit was great.

Didn't realize clothing was sized in China. Every single item is too small and cannot be worn. Can't return or get full refund. A waste of time and money. Highly disappointed.

Easy process, except that it says free shipping over 109.00 and my order was 109.88 and it didn't give me free delivery

From start to finish I enjoyed the entire shopping experience. I ran into a problem the second after I placed my order. I accidentally ordered 2 of the same pants…oops. I immediately emailed the company and gave them my order number. Within 24 hours I had a response and they were able to remove the second pair and refund my $ within 5 days. Then the day I received the order in the mail, I also received an email asking if I received my package yet. The email also included a follow up option to choose if I hadn't received it yet. What great business practices! I will definitely be ordering from them again and recommending them to everyone!

When the product arrived it was very disappointing.

I received my early May Order but have not received the order I placed on 5/28/22 which I paid for. Please let me know when it is coming. I really liked the first order I got!
