The return/refund policy is difficult to say the least! After becomming used to Amazon's return/refund policy JustFashionNow has MUCH to improve! However, although the clothes that I ordered were too big, not quality fabric by any means, & shoddy workmanship, I do appreciate the 25% refund on my order since returning the items would have been prohibitive!
Just hope the return policy is as good if I need to return an or more items!

I wanted to return two items that did not fit and was told in an email I could keep the items and they would send me a 25% refund. Today I get a notice from PayPal that I was getting a 10% refund. Am I going to receive the additional 15% as stated in the email?

Fantastic shoes for the price! However a few of them were a 1/2 inch too big and the hook on two of the shoes broke off when I tried to buckle them. I have to take them to the shoe shop.
