I received partial order. Items did not fit. I had an online chat with customer service and wanted to return them and cancelled the item that had not arrived. I was told I had to ship items to China and may also have to pay import taxes even though the return address was in the United States. I was told if I just wanted to keep the items I would get a percentage of the cost as refunded to me and I would get full refund for the item I cancelled. I still have not received any refunds or communication. Absolute unacceptable.

Love the selection, the sizing is way off. Order at least 2 sizes larger than normal, for women's clothing.

Merchandise is good--takes along time to get here some times. It came much faster than my other orders! I used to order and expect it about 8 weeks later.

Shopping is easy. Shipping charges are a steep. I would have purchased more items if the shipping was not so expensive.

So far so good will have to wait till after get order to know if this is where I can shop. Well got order disappointed size off on most. I will not order again not order 2/3 sizes larger than wear and still not fit.

Too small tops. Need to return

I ordered some tops which I thought were short sleeved but received sleeveless tops. They are cute but I I would have preferred sleeves since I have floppy upper arms! They are also tighter fitting than I prefer so this pushes me to lose weight!

Took a month to receive my order. Clothing is all polyester. Nothing as pretty as the pictures. Threw out the sandals, they smelled like a burnt rubber. I would advise not to purchase here. To return anything, it needs to ship to China.

Got blouse a lot sooner than the other sneakers. Very cute together and I got a lot of compliments

Some garments were unsatisfactory and I wanted to return them to obtain a refund. The refund process is too onerous and the shipping costs too high.

The picture of the product was in no way indicative of the actual product received! Yes, it did look like picture on the website, but in no way reflected the description given. I found the materials used to make the shoes very subpar; flimsy casing on a cheap, plastic sole! When trying to return the product for refund, I was given a choice to pay shipping and customs pricing to China, or take a 15% cash refund, to avoid the ordeal; shipping and taxes paid NOT INCLUDED! What an insult!

Love the product choices and they are made very well.

I have been waiting a month to get 2 pairs of leggings, I have contacted them 2 times with the same response " it is on it's way" I have never waited this long for anything. Still isn't here, they better give me my money back when it never shows up. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE PROBABLY NOT EVEN A COMPANY!

The customer service is the worst ever! The website is difficult to navigate! It does not give information on a return label. When you call customer service, a voicemail picks up and says,"the mailbox is full." Who does business like that?!?! Highly Dissatisfied! Would not recommend!
