No answer to return shoes and double order a couple of tops

They are sized correctly. I'm used to finding that the sizes are too small at other places so I ordered XL Turns out I have to return them for the medium size that I should have ordered in the first place. I'll follow the size chart in the future.

Found many dresses I ordered, but the sizes were not true. Now I have 5 dresses I can't wear. Very disappointed.

I love your clothes and every item fit just right. I went to Son's home in TN and Granddaughters (1 college and one graduated college last year). They loved them and my clothes staid there. I guess I'll reorder again for me. Prices great.

Love the styles. Love how long the tops are. Shoes fit across my feet. Cost is reasonable. Trust company to get my order. Fit is usually true to size.

I ordered a blouse and linen pants... thankfully the pants fit but the shirt did not and when I asked to return I was told the return would cost more than the shirt was worth... so lesson learned... won't be ordering from them again which is sad.

Sorry JFN, but there quality of these clogs is non-existent, and they absolutely stink! They smell like an ocean of shoemaker's glue. I've been airing them out all week yet they still smell like they did when I unwrapped them... and they're sooo flimsy both the. Soul and the uppers. I'm NEVER gonna risk wearing then in the rain: I'm certain they're come apart... might have to reserve them for indoor use only after I can bring them back inside... even a whole week of fresh air hasn't dispelled the stench!

One item in my order the scallop v neck floral vacation shirt, is much larger than all the other items and doesn't match the description, or photograph of the shirt.
The other items are fine.

You said free shipping over $109. My order was $109.96 and it didn't give me free shipping, so I had to buy another shirt.

Web site easy to use. Delivery very slow didn't realize my dress was shipped from China and not in stock in US.

Great prices. Sizes are not consistent, some too small, some too big and some too clingy. I ordered all the same size. I had to wait for at least 3 weeks for my order to arrive and still awaiting one item. Great shipping deal. Care for all of the items I ordered seemed to be dry clean. Will try to wash and hang dry the items. Thought it would be better if they suggested certain items in the description or categorize items for certain body types / shapes. Would have been nice if they would keep me posted on the status of my order arriving.

I like your website, would like to be able to sort it better though, maybe by price or percentage off?
The sweatshirt I ordered, the seams were stitched showing on the outside. The necklaces did not look like the photos. The dresses ran small in the breast area. None of the fabrics truly looked the thickness/quality of the photos. I requested a return voucher but did not get a response so far.

Very cute shirt but it has a black stain right on the front in a bad spot. Shirt is too thin. Disappointed!

I usually wear a size small in ladies, but your size small is huge on me. I purchased several tops but none of them fit. I am going to have to return them all.

Had problems on another computer trying to pay the bill. My quantities of shirts kept changing by themselves and I couldn't change them back to the original amounts. I tried to even remove the shirts and was unable to do so. Contacted e-chat and she couldn't help me so decided to use a different computer. But sure wasted a lot of time. Thank you!

It clearly said $3 off for new customers and I clicked yes. It did NOT deduct. I don't like leading promises which are not honored.
