2 out of 4 tops done' fit and when I went to get return info it basically said it will cost more to ship it back than it's worth, so now I'm stuck with 2 tops I can't wear and only got 2 new tops. Not a good experience at all.

10.00 shipping fee is a rip off for shipping costs

They told me it would take two days to send me a return address, it's been six days and I am still waiting.

Good, shopping on line is easy, except I ordered a size Large I got a size Medium which looked like a size XXLarge. Not happy about that. Ordered shipping takes too long to arrive.

I have never left a review on a website where they give a full example of all the positive things I could say, LOL! So, to make it so easy on me, I can just hit send, right? UH NO! I will write my own and it will probably never make it to your website because it is not positive! That's OK, I will find other ways to post my thoughts. First of all, my order took over a month to arrive because it all came from China. Second, the quality is terrible! I probably will never wear any of it. Everything is too big so the sizes don't match up. The material is the constricting, unbreathable polyester blend, that no one likes. Nothing looks as it did online.

The vacation dresses were cute, delivered as promised, and provided nice, easy outfits for HOT once-in-a-lifetime trip to Italy!

Love your products from the pics shown, but though a first time buyer I did not find any discount codes that were valid, though you had codes noted in several areas. No discount codes that I inputed taken from your site went through. Most companies offer a first time buyer discount no matter if the items are on sale or not. Also I do not like paying so much for shipping. Shipping should be free like most other sites or in any event no more than $5.00. These are difficult times for companies but also difficult for consumers. Either a code discount or free shipping would have been appreciated. If you don't honor the code discounts then don't mention them. It ends up being disappointing when checking out. I hope that I love the quality of the products ordered as well as I like the photos of them. Thank you.

The blouse was smaller than I had anticipated. The return to China was a shock! I chose the 15% cash refund. Which was only $3.00. I will NEVER order from JustFashionNow again, and will advise all I know to follow suit.

I loved the styles and colors I received, but the sizes were not very true to me. Only 50% of them fit well enough to wear and how to return them? I couldn't find it anywhere.

Sizes were off (smaller), and too thin material on some blouses I ordered and didn't lay right, and just hung too loosely.
Customer service was excellent, but you cannot return anything to China. Too expensive and not cost effective.

Didn't know how to order. Support was very helpful. Don't have IPhone which makes thing difficult ( also can't get code without)
Shoes, showed that Podiatrist designed them, Can't even buckle strap, it's like a puzzle made in China,(which it is).

Delay in delivery. One dress is too small, although the same size as the other.
