The dresses looks so NICE on the picture it's NOTHING like what I expected have to return all the dresses.

Beautiful designed garments, accessories and shoes but a hassle to run to the Post Office location.

I just got the 5th dress yesterday and would like to return 3 of the 5 dresses - please advise

The order was WAY too long getting here! Then, when it finally came, it was NOT what I had ordered. I was sure I had ordered a size 1X, after studying the size chart & going by the size of my other things. But instead it was a SMALL, which I cannot wear. When I wrote about this, you sent me a copy of my order & instead of the SIZE being 1X, that was given as the amt. Of items ordered…which makes NO SENSE! I wanted to return it for a refund, but you said you'd rather just issue a percentage of the cost instead of returning it…so I agreed, even tho' that was just money WASTED! You had stated that any returns had to be made within 30 days of the order, which means ITS TOO LATE for me to return it now! So I don't understand why I'm getting this message! Have you retracted your offer to credit my account with, at least, a percentage of the cost or WHAT? I'm regretting ever ordering from this company! TOTALLY FRUSTRATED!

Easy procedure. First order so not sure on sizing. Items fit but a little long for me. Will need shortened. Didn't realize shipping from overseas so took a lot longer to receive than expected. Although small didn't expect extra fee for foreign country transaction.

I hope the quality is as good as the prices & that shipment is prompt.

Great materials but inaccurate sizing. I wear a 12 in US and Canada. Sure recommend xl. Everything was huge except the last item sent and it was too small! It costs more to return as it has to go back to China on your dime but they offer to reimburse you 15-25%! Never again!

You have to win my confidence you experience is good except certain cloths/ does'nt fit me.

Difficult Web site difficult to use! Unable to check out with my Discover card - had to use paypal. If the tops I ordered weren't really cute, I would have cancelled the whole thing! I am unsubscribing this site in the future!

I have to pay the return fees to outside of the US. I did not read the fine print. I was given an option to pay for the return or keep the item and get a nominal fee. It would have cost me the amount of the product to return it. Never buying from just fashion now again.
