Easy to use website. Merchandise is good quality. Have been delighted with everything I've ordered.

Found it hard to keep up with items in cart; kept adding to try to get free shipping

I haven't received the product yet, so I don't know how to judge the shipping and delivery

Poor quality... I wish to return them. Please advise how to do this. This is the 3rd message I have sent.

My first time ordering just a little eerie. Hoping sizing is good so I won't have any returns but that was hopeful thinking, I am in process of resolving size return resolutions as the one order was split into three shipments.

The shipping times were terrible took way over a month to get my parcel.
Two of the items are not suitable and the colors are not even close to the colors I ordered.
So out of the five items I orders the 2 tshirts are ok and I will keep them. The rest I will sent back.
I was so hoping this site would be great but another disappointing order.

I ordered before and am happy with the dresses. I did ordered bigger so that they would fit and I am happy with them so I am ordering again.

Return policy is deceptive. Says free shipping but you have to PAY to ship to China. I thought I was ordering from Tiawan but come to find out it is a Chinese company. 1/2 of items did not fit. Thought ordering process was ok as long as not ordering clearance items - was $99 for shipping so removed all the clearance items. A reminder to NEVER order from a company outside the U.S.A.

The website was very user friendly and easy to move around in.

I'm thrilled! I'm very small (4' 10'. 85 lbs) so even XS rarely fits. But though this dress was too wide and too long, the fabric draped so nicely I can wear it as a full length dress, and it's perfect for a wedding. It looks lovely, and the quality is better than expected.

VERY disappointed that I could not apply a $30 Dressbarn gift card to my purchase. I save gift cards for time that I need to use them for purchase. Did not KNOW that Dressbarn had changed hands and gift card was no longer valid. Did purchase an item, took over three weeks to arrive. When arrived, did not fit, cheap material, and was dirty. Definitely not the quality clothing that DressBarn carried. Having difficulty getting reyin information. Will never purchase anything else from JustFashionNow.

The tunic is cut straight, not in at the middle the way the ad shows it. It is a deceptive ad. I already paid a lot for shipping so I will not be returning it. It also came very wrinkled and they would not wash out.

Nice patterns. Things mostly fit but quite cheap fabric and quality. Ordered 4 items, 2 were unacceptable Dress was not as I remembered ordering and one top didn't look like it could go theu a wash cycle.

Everything went well the items were just like the photo.

The dresses look beautiful and stylish in your advertisements. They're poor quality, however, I shouldn't have expected that much for the price. What upset me the most: one dress had a floral pattern on the lower part of the dress. However, it was only the front of the dress. The back was just one solid color. That makes the dress just look really cheap. If you showed the back of the dresses on your site, as well as the front, I would never have ordered the dress.

It was easy and the merchandise looks good. Waiting for delivery for give my opinion about quality.

Did not like the clothes! I have requested the necessary information to return all but three T-shirts. Where are these forms?
