My order was clothing and shoes and I was very pleased with the sizing quality and price of all items except one pair of full length pants which were way to small and short in the length otherwise all other items are very good.

I was pleased with what I received, but do feel shipping charges were heavy.
I wasn't happy with the shipping fees. I spend $90 and I had to pay 25 dollars in shipping. It should have been free shipping.

This was item that was overlooked from original order of 13 items. First dispatch of 9 items and second of 3 items sent to china. Fast & excellent and very easy to choose my 2 items
I thought the shopping was going to be great and was so looking forward to receiving the parcel. I haven't shopped for clothes online before but the pictures from JustFashion were very tempting and great value. I bought three tops, one skirt, one dress and earrings. Two tops were just awful both in fit and quality. Went right into the rag bag, the same with the dress. All items I bought were the same size but the dress too tight, two tops way too big and two tops ok. The earrings arrived with a piece broken off. So no, I won't be buying on line again and because we live in New Zealand it is not worth the postage to return.
Waiting for order of June. Before ordering again, would prefer to give opion until order is received.

Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
