Unfortunately, one blouse for my wife was much tighter than a medium should be, so I requested a return/refund 3 times (with photos), with no response from JFN. Finally, after my 2nd online chat I got someone who actually gave a sh--, who arranged for a partial refund and an email confirmation.
In all honesty, that experience pretty much ended my desire to shop there again. There are so many other similar online retailers who'd probably treat me better.

The site didn't work. I waited a week and emailed JustFashionNow again - no response. Their advertising is everywhere but customer service - sorely lacking. Will not purchase from them again.

Had to scroll through many pages and refresh frequently to see catalogue. The return process difficult had to request and wait to get return slip. Like to have free return shipping. One item had brighter color gold in catalogue than actual item.

I bought two pair of the casual pants they feature in the first pages. I wanted 100% cotton and the fabric looks like linen in the pictures. I know I checked fiber content. Just yesterday I saw identical pants on another site (probably the same company) and those said 100% cotton but when looking on this site today the content says 100% polyester! I know I would not have ordered. And the laundering instructions say "Professional Dry Clean Recommended". They look cute in the photos but are actually big and baggy and long but of a fabric that does not roll up as indicated in the photos. I won't waste more money sending back to China. I'll give to GoodWill.

Clothing and shoes are unique. People whom I don't know and friends will compliment me on the cuteness of dresses and shoes. I like how lightweight and well made all the garments I have purchased. No loose threads or buttons that need to be cut or resewn for sturdiness. Webswiote is easy to use and inviting. Only concoern I have is that delivery of items ordered takes so long to receive, And a couple of items I ordered were backlogged and I had to wait longer for items. I am still waiting for receipt of summer top.

I received order some time ago - still trying to return- sent to address on package. After a lengthy time package returned - no one at that address. No paper work or return instructions in this package. They should be take n off of the internet - what a scam. Still trying to contac but no way to do that - very disappointing - thats why we should shop American in name brand stores.

I kept thinking I would get free shipping until you cut down prices again and again...so I had to keep on buying...Let's hope I got the right sizes for it all!
Not all of the tops were actually a size "small." I'll need to take in a couple of the tops.
When I click on one item to view, and then return to the page, I'm forced to go to the top of the page, instead of going back to where I left off. Quite time-consuming!

Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
