I ordered everything true to size and everything fit like normal. Some material is stretchier than others but all in all, quite pleased.

First time shopping here. I ordered 8 dresses because they look awesome and great shape. But when I received it's whole different shape and size. None of them fit to me except one. But the fabric quality is really good. That's why I didn't return those. I have to spend a whole of money to alter these. They have worst tailoring ever. And the length is too long that no normal people can wear it. Someone have to be really tall and only then they can wear with high heals. They should have smart tailor who knows about size chart.

I was dissatisfied with the product! The picture on line did not look abstract. Abstract flowers are not my thing so I didn't even take it out of the package I passed it to a friend thank you anyway.

Easy to shop, quick and affordable and nice products.

Sizes not accurate. Lacks quality. Returns must be sent to China at customer cost.

The website led me to believe that returns were free. The time to return was not sufficient as they had delays on all my items at customs or the shipping handler. Items that said they would take 7-10 business days dragged on for several weeks. Any items you order be sure you want them as returning will cost you more that the items.

I ordered 3 tee shirts for myself and 2 as gifts. All 5 of them were huge... way bigger than a small or medium should be... more like large/extra large. I thought I could return them or exchange them but when I tried to do so, I was told that I would have to return them at my expense to CHINA and I would only receive a refund after they had verified the merchandise. This is just too much expense and work and it's not worth it to me. I'll stick to Amazon from now on

Easy but took long time. If I knew everything was coming from China I would not have ordered anything. Add said "in store ready to ship" was misleading

First time ordering from JustFashionNow. Nice product, and easy order placing. Only complaint is product ran too small, can't wear it (and its my usual size for all other clothing I have in my closet and am wearing).

My mistake of ordering the wrong size and was able to get the next size larger at no extra cost.

The quality of one of the dresses was not as expected and the color was pink although I had order Magenta. The pink dress had a "magenta" label on it, but it was clearly pink.

Loved the selections that I cannot find in stores. Your designs are much more appealing to me.

You people don't have any clues about US sizes or fabrics. Models are great in the picture. But no side or back views of items. No description about shipping either. To get order takes forever. But after order you sending millions e-mails with your sales or offers. Cheap service is not good!

They looked great on the website but looked different in person. I ordered them for a trip I was taking so once they came I had no time to reorder. I ordered according to the size chart and they were too big. I spoke to live chat about 15% called ended, dialed back in never answered waited over 10 minutes or more. I have four tops I can not wear.
