I love your clothes, however, the sizing is inconsistent. Sometimes I need a 3X and other times maybe a XXL or just XL. Your chat person, Beatrice, said I would receive my order in 10 to 15 days. I hope she's right. Other than that, I enjoyed shopping with you.

During ordering I couldn't find where to insert my 15% discount code of JFN150 OFF. Is this just a gimmick and doesnt really apply? I havent used your company before so am a little disappointed.the item I received doesn't look like the item I ordered and Getting a refund is a nightmare. I won't be using this organisation again. Fashion now responded to any queries I had speedily and items were shipped as requested. I will order again as this site is not only convenient shopping but colours are different that was is offered in town.

Loved the quality of the pant I received a few days ago.

The cardigan I received was a lot shorter than described and the colours were very drab. When I enquired about returns, it was obvious they didn't want it back and the returns process was complicated and costly. They offered me 15% cashback at first and for me to keep my order. I eventually settled for 40% as it was too difficult to do anything else. I will not be ordering anything else even though the fashions do look tempting and the reviews are glowing. In the meantime, I am left out of pocket and owning items I will never wear and ashamed to give them as gifts!

I like the easy process and the quality products they fit without trying them on and they look like the picture i see on line i hope they change the product or the service they provide good job.

Everything went great placing my order. Hope I like the tops when I receive them. If I do I'll be ordering again

You pester me a bit too much - I like to go back and forth and take my time deciding and you are constantly reminding me what I have in my cart, etc.

Beautiful clothes. They run small. I suggest ordering one maybe two sizes larger.

Received my dress. Nice looking summer dress. However I ordered a large and received a small. Not worth sending back due to shipping and handling being expensive. I will give the dress to my daughter.

Shipping costs very expensive, thus ordered to qualify for free shipping. About a third of my order either fit poorly or lacked quality - would have chosen to return but shipping costs back to China! Customer service was prompt throughout process with online communication; obviously aware of this challenge for clients, I was offered 15% cash for items that I'd return instead, which I accepted. For customer service, I'd rate 10 stars!
