It was Easy to navigate the web site to shop, I found the delivery time too long and a little concerned that I would receive my order. I did receive the order, very happy with the top I order and mildly happy with the pants, quality and description were accurate but the sizing a little off but I can work with that. Overall pleased.

Lots of selections, & easy to pick out some favorites. Not quite what was pictured, but it's ok.

I ordered a dress for my daughter-in-law on 7/21/2022. On 7/24 I received an email from JustFashion advising that my order was being prepared and once it was shipped they would advise. On 7/27 I was told that the item was shipped and that a tracking number would come in a separate email. I am still waiting for the tracking number and the item. Maybe it is because I am accustomed to the superior service of Amazon, but this is unsatisfactory. Will I ever get my gift my daughter-in-law?

The staff that helped me through my exchange were very helpful and courteous with my questions and made it easy to exchange.

Easy shopping but I have some returns and have yet to figure out how to do a return. I have never had so much trouble making a return on something I need to send back. I have sent emails for someone to help but they have not still today. Very discouraged with the customer service.

There was a spot on the top that did not wash out. The company agreed to refund 1/2 my purchase price.

Since this is my first experience with your company, and on-line shopping. I was rather hesitant at first, but found that dealing with you was very satisfactory. You responded to my inquiries very promptly and I wouldn't hesitate to place many orders in the future. Thank you.

Lots of choices, reasonable prices. Could not see shipping cost before I had to hit pay...
It took forever to get my items. For what I had to pay for shipping it should not take this long. Also some of the fabrics were of only fair quality. I am not likely to shop there again.

I was really impressed by the designs of the tops advertised on the website and ordered one in XL, my normal size. However, it is tiny and I will likely have to lose about 50 lbs. before it fits. Returning it for exchange is too costly, so will keep it and try to lose enough weight. Or I will give it to someone who is tiny, lol!

Took too long for the approval of my credit card. I transposed two numbers and then corrected them and it still would not go through. I had to spend too much time on the phone with the Bank to get it straightened out. Just Fashion would not initially accept my correction.

Had to wait a long time to get it but I like the clothes and the fit

I have tried to reach your support team twice now and have not heard back on fulfilling my return. I am VERY UPSET with this company and the clothes are horrible. I am calling my credit card company today to put in a complaint and get my money refunded

While I will admitt that I have reached an "agreement" with this entity, it is a CONCESSION agreement on my part. This company is out of China, thus any return is EXCEEDINGLY DIFFICULT AND COSTLY as they place the ENTIRETY of the return shipping on the consumer! They offer a PALTRY % of a refund, EVEN THOUGH THEIR SIZE CHARTS are DRASTICALLY LACKING! Item I purchased had 4 "measurements" available with ONLY 1 being of any good to my decision (bust measurement.) The other 3 were shoulder width, arm size and overall length. For a MAXI dress. The bust measurement given was a JOKE, as it was EXCEEDINGLY SNUG - even though material was a knit) and the rest of the dress fit like a sausage casing! Though the fashions are wonderful, LOOK ELSEWHERE unless you can throw your $$ away!
