I've ordered & received 8 pieces of clothing now. Every single piece is absolutely beautiful & looks just like it's picture, very comfortable, because every piece fitted perfectly & was well made with wonderful fabrics. Plus, do I even need to mention every pieces price tag. I'm still over the Moon, at how much money I save shopping here. I'm serious about the heading I put on this opinion. I will not shop anywhere else! Why go shopping where everyone else goes? I don't want to look like every one else does. Do you? Not me... ever!

Love the merchandise but not all of it fit. Now the hassle of returning it begins.

If you think you might need to return your merchandise do not order from JustFashionNow. It has been a big mess so far; however, Beatrice from customer service was a very nice person to have an email conversation with. I'm still waiting to receive the appropriate return label, but intend to stick with it no matter how long it takes.
Also, the fabric in the items I ordered was not nice and cheap looking. I ordered a size S and everything was big. I did keep some of the shirts and altered them to fit. I will not be ordering anything from this company again.

Nice clothes to chose from. Size doesn't always come close to indicated chart, depending on material and manufacturer. I tried to return 2 items cause they didn't fit. The representative told me the return charge cost for me would be more than the cost of the items I wanted to return. She offered an approximate refund of 1/3 of the original cost. Based on my options the representative suggested I took the 1/3 refund. For that reason I will no longer place any orders.

Good explanations to long to wait for delivery Sizes on the large size

The order I made took over a month to arrive. It is described as a sweatshirt in your promotion.
It is a t-shirt. It is size medium, but it is HUGE.

I received my order in 2 lots which was fine. All but one of the items were as described.

I don't find the website friendly. I put two dresses in my cart but they were gone when I went to the cart to close out. The sizing charts are a mystery. Why can't dresses have a hip measurement? For a slim dress the bust has no relationship to hip. The bust does not always determine the hip measurement.

Just ordered for the first time…I'll see how long it takes to arrive and what the quality is. I received this product but it was the wrong size (my fault). I wanted to return for a different size but the return cost was so much it just wasn't worth it. I gave it to my maid. The old cliche…. You get what you pay for…. Rings true for these products. They were inexpensive and they looked inexpensive. I'm sure I won't order from this company again…. But for the cost, if you get the right size…. Probably OK.

So bad. The order came the clothes didnt fit and were junk anyway.The packing slip was faded and hard to read. Unable to contact company directly had to try and return via online chat, got the run around, tried putting in my order # and email on site to return, but kept telling me my email and order # dont match. Spent an hour online with three agents and finally realized just getting a run around. Dont order from this company!
