What I ordered was to be a sweatshirt. It was not very thin and much too large to be sized as a small.
The ordering process was not bad... except that I ordered a wrong size. My mistake. Delivery takes entirely too long. I ordered beautiful leggings... except the description did not explain the pattern was not embroidered but instead sprayed on / heat-treated rubber. Jokingly, they are now known as 'the rubber pants I ordered'. Pitiful!
Had a surprise about paying for return shipping charges versus take 25% totalling $18 against my original invoice. To which I have not received yet. Need to have those facts placed up front prior to ordering.
I ordered 2 different tank tops in size XL, one is skin tight, the other is cut in such a way that - I can't really explain, the shoulder straps ride up/gap over my shoulders. Also ordered a dress which is lovely. Since I'm not going to mail 2 tank tops to CHINA for the return, the dress cost me the price of dress + 2 tops. Booooo - inexpensive clothes aren't inexpensive when you can't try on and can't return.
Because the clothes that I ordered (they said a small which is what I wear) were all a minimum of a size bigger than what they labels showed, I tried to begin the refund process. The directions on the receipt to return clothes were so very light that I had difficulty reading them. After finally deciphering the steps, I did step one. I am still waiting for an email that was supposed to be sent to me within 48 hours.
I ordered Two items: a pair of blue pants that looked stunning in the picture, and a pair of sandals. My order arrived in two parcels, a few days apart - Why?
Big disappointment: the pants did not look at all like those in the picture, they were too big, horribly baggy, the fabric was awfully cheap, even the blue did not look the same. My only explanation is that this company probably produce cheap copies of good prototypes, the ones in the pictures. The sandals were much too big, by two sizes; an ornament was missing on one of them! Not fit to be worn.
And now I am getting the silent treatment on my request for a return, despite the pictures I sent. I think I can smell a scam.

Very difficult to process a return... no customer service phone number, only email. Attempted to process returns online and obtain a return address (happy to ship back myself). Will not provide me with the information to return the clothing and shoes that are of poor quality and wrong size.

Very long time between ordering and receiving merchandise. Some of the merchandise looked nicer on pictures than when received.

I actually liked a few items, but overall I will not order from you again. Very disappointed in some of the fabrics and designs. They made me look like I was wearing a moomoo. Baggy and not attractive. The pants were ill fitting and not to my likeing. I am disappointed and do not like what these pieces were like. I am thinking avout retuning some of them.

I was so excited to find short sleeve blouses that I ordered 7 different styles. One In particular was yellow, I received gold. The fabrics on a few were definitely different than what was in the ad.
I ordered a dress (on sale) with a lovely print - but when it arrived the fabric had "watermark like" runs in the pattern that was a huge flaw. Then I can't even send it back (had no idea it would go back to China!) due to the postage cost being so very high. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered 10 items on sale and was careful to look at the sizing guides as I am a 2-3 XL. All items fitted me and I am very pleased with the new tops I have for work and play. The sale prices were great and I was happy with the fabrics and quality of the tops and one pair of shorts I got.
Just got another sweater today and I have not ordered since July! Its a duplicate. Tried to return past items and they wrote there is a restock charge and maybe customs will also add a charge and I pay freight but they will reimburse me 15% of my cost. Really? Is this legal?
For 15% i will donate them to Goodwill. Oh and 2 of my items came wrong size. So I am very disgusted and will call my credit card company to see if they can help.
I will not ever buy from them again.
The two last items I got dont correspond the European sizes. Besides, the items are not midi as it was written in the order, but very long. The sleeves should be3/4, but they are long and they should be much wider for such a fat lady. All this spoils the impression of the first orders which I had gotten before. Raisa

Some of the clothes were really nice and of course not everything looks good on you so I'm sending back some of them.
I'm not sure if Site Jabber is a scam or Just Fashion Now is good at buying fake reviews, but go anywhere else and you will find nothing but negative reviews for this site. Cheap material, impossible returns, fake addresses. Glad I checked BBB before ordering. Somehow the reviews seemed fake.
