It takes a long time to receive my items. I do like them once received, just wish it didnt take 2 months to get them

When I tried to return my order due to fit issues I was kindly told that I would be responsible for shipping, customs issues and it would most likely cost more than what I spent on the items. I was encouraged to keep everything with a 20% discount for my dissatisfaction. I will never shop with this company again!

Prices keep changing. Very frustrating. Don't keep changing things

I ordered a dress from JustFashionNow... paid $10 for shipping and received the dress 2 1/2 weeks later. The dress was huge and came to the floor, but it was sized as a medium. When I contacted the company, I was told that I would not receive the purchase price back until they received the dress and was given the address in China where it must be returned. The cost of shipping the dress back to China was almost as much as I'd paid for the dress. Also I was told that it takes a long time to get to China. I marked this up as a learning experience and will never order there again, obviously.

So. The items arrived and were nothing like the photo showed. When I emailed how to make returns, I was told the cost of returning postage and handling to China ( first I knew that it was from China) would be more than the items were worth. They would refund 15% of my order - and I 'could keep or donate' the clothes!

Your site adds everything you look at to a cart. It's annoying. If I want it I'll add to the cart myself. You don't need to add everything I look at to a precast. It's not a help to me. It was confusing and I almost didn't order anything because of that.
One item didn't fit. When I asked to return they offered me 15% of the price to keep it informing me it could cost me more than the price of the item to send it back. They are scam artists knowing full well people won't pay more than the item to send back. Their loss. I shop online for most of my clothes and although some of the items I received I really like, I will never shop with them again. It was an insult offering me $4.50 for a $30 item.

Difficult to order things that add up to the discount. Pictures look great but all the clothing is made from the same thin fabric. The printing on the fabric is what makes the clothing look nice. Sizes run small, so order up and be prepared for a light weight fabric,. Not the drape that you expect from the pictures.

I love the selection of the clothing you sell but I find that sometimes a size medium is very small and sometimes it is very big. I never know whether I should order size small or size medium.

The material used on the tops are very thin. Sizes come in small. I will not be ordering again I doubt I will wear any of them. I'm very disappointed.

Really love the clothes. Haven't seen anything like this in stores.

Takes a while to receive your order.

This buying experience can be very costly. Purchasing clothing on line can be risky as it is because you are not able to try anything on and you don't have the return flexibility as you would with Amazon Prime. Should you decide you don't like the fit and want to return items, you will discover that their fulfillment center is in China and it could cost you more than the cost of the item to make the return or exchange. The company will try to negotiate a discount (mine was 15%), and you will have no choice other than to accept their offer or pay an exorbitant amount to make the return. I would never do business with this company again because they disclose these facts in the fine print. The quality is not great and reflects their low pricing as well.

Very quick, had what I wanted, very quick to choice and service was excellent

Their fabrics and designs are exactly how they appear on the website. Note that the lengths run long.
I bought a dress that was light weight with a butterfly print. The dress was as beautiful in person as it was on the website. I am 5' 2" and the dress was too long for me. I gave it to a friend who is 5' 7" and she loves the dress. She said that the print was beautiful!

Love the dresses, the colors, the different patterns

I have ordered several things from this vendor and they were as described and were nice and I kept them. This order however was not a good item, cheap looking and not the quality of items in the past. When I asked about returning them I was offered only 15% of my original cost to be returned and I rejected that. I was then offered 40% and told I was resonsible for postage back. Well the postage is probably quite high since it must be returned to China. So I will not be purchasing anything in the future because it is just not a good policy of return.

It feels great knowing I will look great at the wedding!
