I ordered from JustFab because I really needed new shoes for work and a trip coming up. The order got split into two shipments, the first one arrived after a week and a half and one of the shoes in the box was not a shoe I had ordered. One of my ordered shoes got switched out with another shoe. The second box still hasn't shipped and it has been over two weeks now so I'm disappointed with that. I called customer service to let them know that they sent me the wrong shoe and the best they could do was to send me a shipping label to return it and once they receive the shoe back they will give me a credit to place another order for it. I don't think the handling for them sending me the wrong item is correct but I can't do anything besides what they recommend. Hopefully the replacement shoe and the second box that is missing gets to me in time!

Great stuff, but had to exchange due to me picking the wrong size. The exchange was super easy from online to in the UPS store. :)
It was satisfying and I have no problem with my purchase. I will recommend my friends and family to purchase merchandise from just fab and shoe dazzle.

I'm strong go armed into buying shoes I Would never buy because I've been charged for the months I forgot to skip. Shipping took 3 weeks and there still another box with 3 pairs that needs to arrive. Quality is crap. Shoes don't last. I hate this site but only buy because of credits.

The shoes are OK but sizes are never consistent. The clothes are not good. The prices are terrible and the automatic charges are awful. It's not easy to UNSUBSCRIBE either.

I got the green long puffer and it's pretty light but keeps you warm. I got the plaid shacket which is really warm and it has pockets. My book bag is so cute. I love the shoes

I highly recommend this site for your purchase! I ordered 9 pairs of shoes & at the time was moving, so I had them sent to a friends house…after a month & a half they still would not give me the shoes, so I called to see if they could get the shipping company to pick up the shoes & deliver to my new address, but they could not, however they did try to reorder & ship ALL pairs of shoes to me at no cost to me but 2 of the shoes were out of stock so they refunded my money! I thought it was my problem so I didn't expect them to replace my shoes nor did I ask…they did that on their own & the gentleman who answered the phone was amazing…thanks again for going over & beyond! A loyal customer!

I had trouble placing my order and after three phone calls, I had to order a pair of shoes that were half a size too small. Hoping that they would fit because it was part of a bundle, even though my size was in stock nobody seemed to be able to work around this, it was nothing but a headache and now I'm stuck with a brand new pair of shoes that don't fit. I cancelled my membership and would not recommend for anyone to deal with Just fab again.

Shoe shopping made easy, I've been a member for 10 years. I love my many shoes through Just Fab.
Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
