Extremely Delayed Shipping

I ordered several pair of shoes on August 3rd, 2024 and one pair was shipped out quickly and I received within a few days and was impressed. Unfortunately the other 3 pair of shoes have not even been shipped out yet (as of August 20th) even though it said it would take between 6-14 days. I understand delays happen but better communication as to why my purchase has yet to be shipped out would be appreciated. I was offered a 30% off coupon for my next purchase but I am unsure whether I will shop with JustFab again if it takes 3+ weeks to receive my items.

Well if I could leave zero stars I would. First order it never shipped so had to cancel and reorder well that order never shipped canceled that order and reordered again. This time it shipped but never arrived. I at least got my refund but I was extremely disappointed as I never got my order and it was just a hassle all around

Things are changing

I do love the clothes and sizing. Overall happy with my purchases. However I've been purchasing for years and am confused by the new point system. Each time I call to ask about it the customer service member doesn't seem to know what I'm talking about. Hopefully all new employees, because I feel like I'm going crazy.
