Rip Offs

I bought a pair of boots for $25.55 and they arrived too small, even though i ordered the wide pair. I needed them for that weekend so ordering another pair was out of the question because they wouldn't be there in time so i just sent them back and got a refund. I only got a refund of $10.60 because they kept the rest for "shipping". I think that's wrong and they should pay for shipping when it was their mess up in the first place.

Not great boots

I wear size 8 mostly, occasionally size 7 1/2. I bought size 8, and they barely fit. I also did not purchase the wide calf boots, but the sizing throughout the calf is ridiculous. If you don't have large calves, these will never fit properly. They are too big, and look awful when they are on. The zipper catches as well, so I assume that will break very quickly, if I even end up wearing them since they don't fit well at all. The quality and weird sizing make these boots a regrettable purchase.

Bad and good

The discount and deals with new accounts was fantastic. I ordered two shoes one of them was great and the other one I got sent was the wrong shoe. Customer service was excellent trying to fix the issue. I exchanged the wrong item that got sent for the one I wanted and again the wrong shoe was sent again. In the end I just returned everything but customer service was awesome just not happy with the shoes.
