JustFab's reputation is mixed, reflecting a blend of positive experiences and notable concerns. Customers frequently commend the stylish and affordable product offerings, particularly the quality of shoes, with many expressing satisfaction with their purchases and the ease of the ordering process. However, significant issues arise regarding customer service, including delays in shipping, difficulties with returns, and inconsistent product sizing. Some customers report feeling frustrated with unresponsive support and unexpected charges. Overall, while JustFab attracts loyal fans for its fashion items, it faces challenges in maintaining consistent service quality and addressing customer complaints effectively.

WORST company and customer service. If you want to ruin your day just talk to justfab customer service. Nobody can speak proper english... poor excuse for a business. They charge you when you cancel your account then say they have no record they even charged you and jump you from person to person. STAY AWAY!
THE WORST WEBSITE EVER! They charge you for items you do not even purchase. STAY AWAY! The shoe quality is also horrible. You can find better shoes at a flea market.
Absolutely appalling.
They cancelled my order without notifying me.
Then had to call. Spoke to a woman who was clearly reading off a script and could barely speak English.
Cancelled my account and demanded a refund.
Worst service received in a long time.
Would never recommend.
STAY AWAY - terrible company.
Call your credit card company and complain, if you have a credit card through your bank, and they are good to you, they will remove the 35$ charge after you cancel on the website. Cheap, $#*! shoes from China.
Like many others on this site, I've been completely scammed by this company. I called last month to cancel my membership, was assured it was cancelled yet I was billed again this month. When I called again last night they told me they have no record of my cancellation and they would only refund my money if I agreed to remain a VIP member. TOTAL SCAM! They won't allow me to remove my credit card info so I'm probably going to have to close that account.
I liked the website at first... I knew that you had to skip by the 5th of every month. So I did... then I get an email saying I was charged 39.95. I was upset about this knowing that I skipped. So I called to cancel and argued for over 60 minutes, got hung up on and now I'm STILL trying to cancel and get a refund as I'm typing this. WORST customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Most ridiculous company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I'M WARNING YOU! I'm so upset over this whole company and wishing I never tried it in the first place.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed ONE order and became a VIP member. Let me inform you of what this means, since everyone at just fabulous.com has no intention of telling you. Becoming a "valued" VIP, they began taking $39.95 from my bank account every month. You are allowed to "skip a month," so that they do not take your money, but they do not CLEARLY STATE that it has to be between the first and the fifth of the month.
After I noticed that their ridiculous charge caused me to overdraft my bank by an additional $30, I was rather irate. The cute pair of boots that I wanted for $19.95 ended up costing me about $90 in total, NSF fee included.
I tried to call their line to cancel my account, and after about half an hour, I gave up and decided to try the live chat. I sat and waited to reach a representative for about 45 minutes before I finally got through. Then this rude woman (I think), named Khris told me I would have to call the line to get the account cancelled. I asked that she give me a line so that I can actually get this taken care of because they were taking money from my account without my permission. She ignored EVERY request I had, and then just cut me off, stating, "Is there anything else I could help you with?"
So, now I'm back, trying to get my STUPID VIP MEMBERSHIP cancelled. Odds are, that won't happen, and I'm going to be out $90 because of this ridiculous website. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. DO NOT DO IT. I really cannot say that enough.
They charge you $40 a month, whether you buy anything or not. I tried to cancel on the website after I bought my half price pair of shoes in Sept. In Oct I was charged the monthly fee.
I just had a VERY lengthy and heated discussion on the phone with them. They kept trying to sell me on keeping the membership, tried to tell me I could cancel anytime on the website (tried that twice already with no luck), told me I should have received notification emails (didn't get anything). Finally after threatening to report them for fraud and to file a dispute with my CC, they offered to fully cancel my membership and refund the charges.
I immediately called my credit card company to report the issue. I told them that they promised to refund me and stop payments, but that I don't trust them. The CC said they will keep an eye on the account.
JustHorrible. Kimora Simmons you run a shady business. I understand I will be billed for shoes if I do not skip in time HOWEVER you make it absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to cancel your subscription.
The customer service girl told me she had to go through several steps with me in order to cancel. I sat there and listened to sales pitch after sales pitch and I told her to JUST CANCEL my subscription. She told me multiple times there is a process she must go through in order to cancel. There were no steps-purely sales pitches.
I am not cancelling my admission status for my PhD program-I am cancelling a shoe subscription.
VERY VERY shady when you force customers to listen to sales pitch after sales pitch in order to cancel their account. It is also very deceiving that they have a 'cancel your membership' option on their website and it re-directs you every time to their customer service phone number.
I called my credit card company and told them to block and future charges from JustFab and recommend the same thing to anyone else suffering from the inability to cancel their account.
Don't go anywhere near this company! They take £35 out of your account each month without making this clear! I have paid £180 for a pair of shoes not even worth £10.
I choose the skip this month option on a couple of months and still got charged the £35.
When I called to complain and seek a refund I got a scripted phone conversation saying how I can use my member credits for products from the site and how they will give me an extra 50 credits, after speaking to a manager and explaining I no longer wish to purchase anything from the site, I have been told I will get a refund and my subscription will be cancelled! Iam hoping to see a full refund in my bank soon and I will be checking my bank statements next month.
So far I've ordered one pair of boots. They aren't true to size, and as the boot in my size was out of stock, I couldn't do the exchange via the website. I called to get an exchange. After reading some of these reviews, I made sure I set aside plenty of time to deal with being on hold. Much to my surprise (and delight) I sailed right through the voice mail options, and was talking to a sales representative within maybe, 2 minutes? An email followed with the return label. I will see how the next step goes.
Also. After reading the reviews I realized I had not caught the bit about the 'skip month' at the site. So. Thanks for all the complaints. They have resulted in a pretty positive (so far) experience with this company.
My sole reason for shopping online is convenience, and everything with Just Fab is one big hassle. I ordered a pair of boots, and they didn't fit. Despite their "Perfect-Fit Guarantee" which assured "hassle-free exchanges", returning these boots was a 40 MINUTE ordeal. I usually order through DSW.com, and they conveniently includes a return shipping label in the box. I was already irritated that the "hassle-free" exchange required me to go online and print a label, but then I found out because I had gotten a "VIP" discount I had to call their 800 number to complete my return. I waited on hold for 20 minutes, finally got to a person, only to have a bad connection with them and have them hang up. I then went onto the live chat, and after another 15 minute wait got connected with an agent. I was grilled as to whether or not I read the comments for fit guidelines; I did, and it was a hassle to be questioned on the reason for my return beyond "they didn't fit." I then learned that to return them instead of exchanging required a "$5.95 restocking fee." Fine, I'll pay the stupid restocking fee - also something I don't encounter at DSW.com. Finally get my return label.
After that experience I was completely turned off from Just Fab and immediately wanted to cancel my membership. Guess what? Another situation where you cannot complete a simple task online. They require you to call their number. "You're one of our cherished VIP members, so we're sorry you've decided to stop receiving monthly shoe and handbag selections. In order to better serve you, please call one of our Fashion Consultants at *******906 to cancel your membership with JustFab." So... you "cherish" meas a "VIP" but you're making me jump through hoops to complete simple tasks? No, thank you. My current wait time to speak with a representative is 28 minutes, after I've already been waiting 10. None of this is making me change my mind about staying with them - especially when I get better quality, and exponentially better service with DSW.
Run as fast as you can from this sight! The boots I ordered were the cheapest China has to offer. When I inquired about returning them I was told they charge a $3.99 restocking fee. I pointed out that on the packing slip enclosed it said free returns but was told if you want a credit to your credit card they charge you. This isn't exactly free. Make sure you read the fine print-you have to go to the sight each month and indicate that you don't want to buy anything or they charge you $39.95. What a racket! I then told them I wanted to cancel my "membership" and the fashion consultant put on the pressure to keep it. I was emphatic that I wanted nothing more to do with them and will definitely follow up and make sure my membership has been in fact cancelled.
I can't even give this company any stars. Okay, I'm fine with the fact that I didn't understand the fine print rules at first and eventually caught on after being charged for 3 months without realizing it. My main issue is every shoe I wanted was not in stock and never back ordered. The jewelry was not worth 5.99 much less 39.95. How many purses can you buy with no matching shoes. When I called to cancel my membership because they had nothing I liked or had to offer any longer, I was treated like I was a 12 year old. It's unfortunate I had to get indignant on the girl but I should never have been spoken to like a second class citizen. I threatened that if my account was further charged, I will report them to the BBB and sue. Don't let no one bully you out of YOUR money. NO ONE IS OBLIGATED TO BUY ANYTHING FROM ANYONE!
This site is not a scam. It has a disclaimer as all sites that are member subscriptions do. It clearly states in disclaimer that you have a certain window of time to simply click "skip this month" and you will not be charged. You can do this as many times as you like without getting charged. Fortunately if you forget to skip that month, you will be credited on your account. This site requires monthly maintenance, it is not like an amazon site as a one time purchase experience. Unfortunately for this website, the people who sign up just to get one pair shoes clearly do not read the disclaimer before they join which is why 95 percent of the bad reviews for Justfab are from those who didn't understand the rules before joining. If you are going to be entering your credit card number anywhere online it is your responsibility to read the fine print!
Absolutely disgusting con of a site! You are lured in by the offer of £17.50 for your first item of shoes or clothes etc. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and had to send them back as the quality was awful, so I switched to their denim. These were good.
Then the following month £35 was removed from my bank account - this is a monthly subscription at no point was it made clear this was the case when placing the first order. I tried to cancel the account - and after 25 minutes on the phone - the call ended up with me actually screaming at the top of my "what dont you understand - just cancel the agreement - cancel it, cancel it cancel it " this still did not sink in, it was another 10 minutes before the women closed my account at a cost to me £35. It was worth £35 just to get rid of the women on the phone.
I have since was the TV ads for just fab, and knowing that this is a subscription site, it is still not clear on the ad - KEEP AWAY!
I am still a VIP member of JustFab because it seems I can't cancel my membership! I have called the fashion consultant number twice and both times I was put on hold for almost 10mins before I hung up. I tried emailing but got no reply. As far as I'm concerned, contact availability is the most crucial factor in delivering good customer services. I'm very dissatisfied.
My experience as a member was great. I loved my shoes, loved the skip this month option. When it came time to cancel (after an entire year of being a member and 15 pairs of cute shoes from the site) I got on these review sites and got extremely nervous about how difficult it would be to cancel.
I just hung up the phone with Maggie, my rep. While yes, she did try multiple different ways to get me to keep my account, I simply replied to her, "Maggie, I am reading the reviews on how difficult it is to cancel and would like to assure you that I am not interested in any type of different membership. I am fully aware of what it means to cancel, and to save you and I the headache I am going to tell you right now, yes, cancel my membership completely."
My phone call lasted all of 2 minutes. I will update this review after two things. 1. I don't get charged next month (fingers crossed, I will be checking on the 5th) and 2. My order that I ordered right before I cancelled actually arrives on time (also fingers crossed)
SCAM SCAM SCAM stay away from JUST FAB I cancelled my membership 6 months ago everything was fine then all of the sudden 39.95 taken out of my account when I called I was instructed to open up my membership so I could get my money back it's a dirty circle I had to cancel my card to get out STAY AWAY the shoes aren't worth it...
Stop complaining ppl... If you dont want to get charged simply skip the month... There's no obligation to buy
Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
Answer: Make a Small Claims Court claim online. That's how I got my money back..
