JustFab's reputation is mixed, reflecting a blend of positive experiences and notable concerns. Customers frequently commend the stylish and affordable product offerings, particularly the quality of shoes, with many expressing satisfaction with their purchases and the ease of the ordering process. However, significant issues arise regarding customer service, including delays in shipping, difficulties with returns, and inconsistent product sizing. Some customers report feeling frustrated with unresponsive support and unexpected charges. Overall, while JustFab attracts loyal fans for its fashion items, it faces challenges in maintaining consistent service quality and addressing customer complaints effectively.

STAY FAR AWAY! This company is the worst and complete scammers. I had THREE different horrible experiences and with customer service. As well as the quality of the shoes are complete crap.
DO NOT sign up for this scam. The boots are cheap, the purses fall apart in a couple of months. You can get things on sale for the same $40 a month and they are better quality. I have tried to cancel my subscription for months and call the provided number. I have been disconnected three times, put on hold for over an hour twice. You are not allowed to discontinue your membership without speaking to someone. They are all in India and if I even get through they say they can't hear me and hang up. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and think my only recourse is contacting my lawyer.
I did a previous review about my experience with JustFab, i have since deleted it. I have to say, i had a major issue with thier site, but they most definitely came through for me. Not only did they correct THIER problem, I am beyond satisfied with the product I recieved. Way to turn it around JustFab! :)
I signed up, aware that there is a monthly membership fee if I do not skip the month. No problem. I even ordered a pair of boots that I really like, they are comfortable and I get lots of compliments on them. However, listen to the buyer complaints before you decide to go VIP and hand over your credit card information. It is nearly impossible to get them to cancel the account. I cancelled mine three times, yet I can still log in and see my credit card billing information and address, EVEN THOUGH I asked the customer service rep to REMOVE it from the account. Why do they need my credit card info after I cancel? Why do I still have an account after I cancel? Well, I suspect that if I don't skip next month, I will get a charge to my account just like many others have, so you better believe I'm going to watch this closely. I have never seen a company that keeps your credit card information after you cancel, or doesn't provide a way for you to remove it from the account. Buyer beware! Shady shady business practices.
I bought 1 pair of shoes from this company and have been charged on a monthly basis without my knowledge ever since, As the below guy said I did the same earlier when I was told I would not get a refund and demanded to speak to a supervisor, you must be persistent, I also advised I was willing to go to court if my money was not returned, they claimed they could not give me a refund as the funds they had taken no longer had a monetary value, which I explained to them that this did to me prior to it leaving my account! I am now in receipt of my £105 refund, very poor business practice and a scam at that! I will be blocking this company via my bank and also paypal!
I joined up, enticed by the January offer of 50% off. I bought a pair of Iron Fist shoes, which were lovely, and great quality, but then I - like many others - failed to see the £35 charge every month if you don't skip. It is stated in the T&Cs, but I really think they ought to make it much more prominent to the customer. I called up to cancel today, and the call lasted 7 minutes, which is a bit excessive when all I wanted to do was close my account. Now, I have logged in to check they have definitely deactivated my account and it looks just the same as it did before? Very confused. I just wish they would send email confirmation or have a note on my account to tell me. I'll be very annoyed if they charge me £35 next month, and I obviously have telephone details etc. so will be making a serious complaint and/or taking real action.
Well, just like everyone else. I was surprised when I got charged for being a VIP. They actually charged before they were suppose to, thats how i even noticed it. So i looked for reviews online about it. I was scared at first to cancel cause people said that their experiences with cancelling their VIP accounts were difficult. Even so, i went ahead and called them trying to cancel my membership. They ask a bunch of questions as to why you want to cancel your membership and they say different promotions to make you change you mind. So if you really want to cancel your membership, you have to stay firm and get your point across. Other than that, they did infact cancel my membership and I didn't have to deal with them again.
In addition, I did order some khaki colored riding boots for my mom, for christmas. The quality isn't one to really brag about, but I mean you get what you paid for.
Honestly, if they did not charge me for being a VIP i would've kept coming back to the online site and bought more things. Just watch out and make sure you read the terms and conditions :)
I understood the shoes would be cheap, and that if you became a VIP member that you had to skip each month or be charged. There were a few times I missed this and got charged, but the boots I got were pretty decent for $40. I finally decided to cancel my membership b/c I wasn't finding anything I felt was worth my money on the site. I was offered enough rewards points for 1 free member credit so I decided to stay, and get one more pair of boots (why not, it was free). A few months later I tried to use the rewards points but the reward point rules had changed I could only redeem my points for some crappy looking merchandise. I tried the live chat help and was rudely cut off by Bailey and Irene while I was still typing. The guy I talked to on the phone was pretty nice and just had the membership cancelled.
Basically, don't become a member if you want good quality stuff, and don't even try to talk to customer service, most of the people I've dealt with have been terrible.
Absolute Scam. This is poor business practice. Policies regarding their "membership program" are not clearly (obviously) indicated to the consumer. Your money, which they will continue to take EACH MONTH, will not be refunded! I have been charged for the last four months without making a purchase. There is not one item I wish to purchase on this website for the $160 worth of credits I now have on my account. The quality of the products is very poor which I realized after my initial purchase. I have been UNWILLINGLY charged every month since my initial purchase. Policy or no policy - this is the worst customer experience I have ever had. This company is hiding behind a loophole policy. BUYER BEWARE. I will continue to try to get my money back and cancel my account. Please don't make this mistake!
Just cancel my account today. Here's my thoughts.
First pair of boot were super super cheaply made! I ended up having to give them away BC they didnt fit. However they were a promotion price I couldn't return them so that was a 20$ loss on me... second pair I love but they were just a fuzzy pair of black boots can't really mess those up. At this point I did not want to get shoes from them anymore. So I went online to just do an easy cancel. WRONG! I WAS CHARGED AGAIN FOR ANOTHER MONTH. So I called, the rep was very nice and about after 30 min of trying to talk me into stay with there $#*!ty service she finally said she would cancel my account but couldn't give me a refund! I told the rep how I felt that I was being scamed and its ridiculous that I was charged for something that I do not want and I can't even get a refund. I told the rep how upset I was and that I will NEVER recommend there site to any for I feel like I was being scamed. How its ridiculous that they will refund me if I stay with them but won't if I cancle. Again trying to keep me with their $#*!tt service. The rep put me on hold like the others came back and said she would give me the refund. Absolutely crazy that I had to go through this! Screw just fab and there crappy shoes and derives! DO NOT BECOME A VIP MEMBER FROM THIS SITE IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASEL!
Worst website ever! Completely miss leading in how they get you to sign up to there vip membership. I'm now broke for the month because they won't refund me. Avoid this company!
I always read everything before I buy online. It was clearly and plainly marked, if you want the shoes for that awesome price you see you have to try the VIP program. There is an option to uncheck the box that signs you up for the membership. If you can't see that, I suggest a visit to your optometrist. Stop rating a company poorly for dissatisfaction that results from your own ignorance.
Terrible Experience!
I received a great deal on a pair of boots purchase Oct 2013 and was extremely satisfied with my purchase but I did not realize I signed up for a VIP membership! I guess that was my mistake but their check out process was very misleading. A month (Nov 2013) after my order I received a charge on my bank statement for $39.95 so I called customer service and they apologized that I didn't realize I signed up for a membership and they advised my membership was cancelled and the $39.95 would be refunded. Was a little frustrated but happy that it was handled. Another month (Dec 2013) goes by and it appears on my bank statement again! I go through the same process and am much more frustrated this time. The rep apologized and advised it was not cancelled correctly last time and attempts to give me a hard time about refunding the $39.95. We finally get it resolved and the money is refunded, then I'm advised once again the membership has been cancelled. Then another month (Jan 2013) goes by and I get my bank statement with another $39.95 charge! I was extremely upset because here is another 20min I have to take to call customer service and explain the situation due to their negligence. This time the rep goes on and on about how beneficial the membership is and I just keep telling her I don't want it and to please cancel! Finally after 20min and getting put on hold 3 times she says its been cancelled and my money with be refunded within 5 business days. Once the money has been refunded back to my bank I will be calling my bank and cancelling my debit card to prevent them from withdrawing anymore funds! It was a terrible experience and I will never purchase from them again!
They charged my last 40.00 for that VIP membership b. S. which I told them who in their right mind charges someone to be a member to shop from them. I called and the lady was constantly repeating herself and trying to convince me it was ok. I told her there was nothing to convince me of except how fast my money was going to be put back. I asked for a supervisor and he tried telling me the same thing and I told him I wasn't falling for that b. S. I wanted it refunded or my lawyer would be involved because overall it was a scam and the money got refunded and my account was cancelled.
Canceling membership is pretty much impossible. Customer service representative doesn't listen to a word you say and re sights what he is suppose to. Extremely frustrated with this website and the quality of the product.
Total Scam. Trust me, I online shop a lot, but I have never 'accidentally signed up for a monthly subscription', but apparently I did on JustFab.com. Worst experience ever, and trying to cancel is near impossible. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!
It is a scam.
If you buy shoes, they covertly enroll you in a membership site where they bill your credit card $39.95 each month. This is not obvious but buried in the fine print.
This marketing tactic is called negative option billing and our state attorney general's office considers it a scam.
I was not aware it was a membership site. I cannot remove my credit card information nor can I cancel my membership online (even though the website said that I could). I did call the toll free number but do not trust the membership was cancelled. The operator refused to give me the company's physical address ( I needed it for my complaint). That is a huge red flag!
This is their physical address (found it on the web):
JustFab
2301 Rosecrans Ave, 5th Fl El Segundo, CA *******.
Phone: *******940ext 1686.
Email: *******@justfab.com.
Contact the State Attorney General. I'm thinking the FTC has rules against Negative Option Billing membership sites, too. This company won't last long.
I'm calling my attorney general first thing in the morning.
I forgot to mention that I HAVE SHARED MY EXPERIENCE ON JustFab's Facebook page and minutes later my comments were deleted and I'm blocked from posting on their page now. So, you will only see positive comments on their FB page and none of the ugly/truth.
Horrible experience - poorly made clothing. Had to call to get the 'easy return' rather than all the instructions about doing it simply online. After waiting for a rep, was told for 3 items would be nearly $20 to return them! Then the rep got rude and said they offer the best return fees! Seriously, what planet are the people running this company on that they feel that is normal these days?!? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - unless of course you want cheapish crap and rude service.
Wow, I'm glad I decided not to buy anything from justfab. It's stupid that they take money from your account every month. After reading all of the reviews, I really think all the good reviews are just people who work for the site and are trying to make it sound great. Nice try justfab. Not buying it.
Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
Answer: Make a Small Claims Court claim online. That's how I got my money back..
