I cancelled my VIP membership with one of your colleagues in January... yet you have now take another £44 out of my account in March! Absolutely disgusted! Customer service is appauling... daylight robbery... I am fuming and will fight to get my money back... i DO NOT want anymore of your crap clothing/fitness wear! After being told whilst on holiday I should have checked my emails before I left in order to skip a month... do you not think I've got more important things to think about? Its a scam... do not buy from this company!... you're THIEVES!
As like a lot of other customers on here they have robbed me of £105. I did not agree to VIP as I was previously signed up and cancelled. I just wanted a pair of boots and then they have taken 3 lots of the subscription! If I wanted 3 more pairs of shoes I would buy them. Customer service don't care because this is clearly their business model to con money out of women just wanting a pair of boots! I wish I had looked on this site before purchasing.
I had skipped the month and requested additional selections which should have given me 5 extra days by JustFab process. However apparently their system goofed... by their admission... and they went ahead and charged my card but refuse to refund me as "it really isn't cash" in their words. They are a con and a terrible business to do commerce with. Do not use them.
I bought some pairs of shoes in justfab and the quality is very cheap! And also i checked that there is no commitment with monthly payments that's why I bought a pair of shoes there... what is my surprise later? They charged me $39.95 on my credit card! What the heck?! So i called and the ladies at customer service tried to not refund my money I had to be rude and the gave me my money. Hope not have to call again. DO NOT SHOP THERE! SHOEDAZZLE ARE THE SAME PEOPLE ALSO! Same problems, same bad quality be careful online shopping is not that "awesome"
I got my daughter two pairs of shoes for Christmas. She's 3. Every year I get her a pair of pink sparkle boots from crazy 8 and they last forever. The only reason I get rid of them is because they become too small. Christmas I decided to try just fab since they had such a great deal. Worse idea ever! The boots are not supportive at all. They lean every which way. Today I discovered a hole in the toe area of the shoe. Looks like the thread came apart from the sole causing a whole. I should have listen to the other reviews that warned this was not good quality merchandise. I even reached out to customer service in January and told them the shoes were falling apart a month after ordering the bottom of the soles had holes. They didn't reply.
So i brought a pair of booties about two years ago. They have NEVER been worn. This past weekend i decided to wear them. I put them on and walk about 4 steps before falling. I look at my shoe to find that the whole platform came unglued and separated from the shoe. I could understand if these shoes had been worn relentlessly but the were fresh out of the justfab box. I will NEVER do business with this company again. I have about 4 more pair that I have not had the chance to wear. I hope I can get at least 1 wear out of them.
I ordered ONCE in November for boots. Horrible quality so of course they're cheap. You really think those bags, shoes, clothes are retailing out there for $40? Then you really are thick. Those items are only worth less than $20, if you're paying more than that, you're not using your head. The company does not care if you are disatissfied. I paid extra for shipping, got a generic response AFTER they CHANGED my shipping date (yes I literally got two different emails from them after I contacted them) and when they finally came? The cheapest, most horrible quality I've ever seen. Can get better from the shoe rack at WalMart. But that's not why I'm writing today. No, I knew about their membership policy so every month I've been looking for the email saying my "Boutique is ready" so that I could skip the month until I could get to canceling the account. This month (March) I got NO email. I logged online, NO mention of my boutique. Not one mention of being able to skip for the month. Thought maybe it was because of the leap year that their systems weren't going to do it this month (I don't know why but that made the most sense since this company is THAT horrible). I checked my bank account (March 10) and noticed a $40 charge to my card! Without ONE notification. I'm livid. Do NOT sign up for this crap. CANCEL your account as SOON as you can. Monitor your account. This business is a scam and all those reviews saying this business is fine loves horrible quality and loves getting scammed out of their money. Go to NewLook if you're looking for a bargain. But this? Utter rubbish. I'm livid. They're obviously not going to refund anything since the person behind the customer service is just a system sending out generic emails. Christ.
Absolutely disgusted with the customer service who knew a vip could feel like this wait till you become a vip of just fab. After an order they set you up a direct debit 35 a month which I never agreed to in the first place spoke to Catherine from customer service so she said felt as if she was on repeat and no help would advise never to shop from them
Justfab sucks, be very careful before purchasing anything, it withdraws the money of customers in name of VIPS monthly and refuse to refund back, it gives the worst experience of online shopping.Be very careful everyone.
So I decided to purchase two pairs of shoes from the website and did NOT agree to upgrade to the VIP package. 2 months later I looked at my bank statement to find that I had still not been given a refund for the shoes I had previously sent back and that I had also been charged for 2 months VIP membership that I had never agreed to. When I rung up they said that I could never get the £70 back that was used to spend on this VIP package and that I would have to buy something online otherwise I would lose more money. Absolutely awful service. Now I've lost £70 and still waiting to see if they'll ever refund me £35 for the shoes I sent back a month ago. NEVER RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE.
I ordered 3 pairs of sandals in August which when arrived were cheap and tacky couldn't be bothered to send them back. 6 months later I find that they have taken £37 out of my account! On calling to demand they return my money I'm informed that I'm a VIP member! And money can not be refunded! How does 1 order 7 months ago of cheap tacky sandals make anyone a VIP?!

They continue to tell me how to skip the month. They took 3 credits out of my account which is $119 dollars without MY permission. They said they will not and cannot give me a refund.DO NOT PUT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN ON THIS SITE..
Withdrawn money without my consent with no refund as company policy says that it is ok for the manager to talk to customers like crap and then hang up on them. My true advice is to not sign up for this website and if you have, leave ASAP. Call your bank and inform them to stop paying to this scam of a business and look elsewhere or products as this service is terrible and the people on the help desk are extremely rude.
Upon realising that I was a V. I. P member I tried to get a much deserved refund.
After having the terms conditions explained to me a numerous amount of times I asked to speak to the manager. I started from the beginning on line as a new customer and explained to her screen to screen as to why I hadn't realised that I had signed up before I even purchased the deal. She persistently said I was lying and then hung the phone up.
As I have dealt with customer complaints as a manager myself I then calmly called back to continue my dispute. The following lady had a similar response and then informed me that she reads the small print when she shops online to which I responded this is probably due to your work experience with Just fab.
The whole thing is ridiculous and you can only be fully aware if you have the time to read a contract before buying a new pair of shoes, its a shame because I love the products but I have spent £105 with nothing to show for it as the credit has ran out.
I will be taking this matter to small claims court and blogging my experience on you tube as the just fab scam alert so please feel free to like my video in support of catching the buggers out.
I love JustFab. It was the only place I would buy shoes for about two years. I ordered almost every Month. Shipping is always very fast, although they did switch from Canada Post to Purolator a while back and I prefer Canada Post. The quality of the shoes is amazing. My go to pair of flats are still good looking after two years. I have had to stop ordering because they charge Canadian customers in US dollars now. So 39.95 is more like 55 plus shipping. Maybe when the Canadian dollar is back up I'll start shopping here again.
That first time customer special is completely a set up to draw you in. They offer a buy one pair get one pair free deal to first time customers but what they dont tell you is that the moment you hand over your credit card information, you are automatically signed in their VIP membership and without your knowledge or consent deduct 40 dollars a month for that membership! After 2 hours of arguing and threatening to take further legal actions they finally refunded my money after 10 months of deductions. No customer should ever have to go throught that kind of hassle and the fact that they use that deal as click bate to take advantage of you and your money is absolutely disgusting and horrible business.
T'was a fine day in the universe when JustFab entered my life. JustFab gets bad reviews every day by customers that don't take the time to read. It's all there, in black and white, everything you need to know. I've never had a bad experience. And the customer service department work exceedingly well with you to make you happy. Keep up the good work, JustFab!
I have so many great pairs of boots from them. I have been a member with them for well over a year now and have never had any issues! I have ordered a couple of times where the shoes just didn't fit my feet properly, so I returned them and my account was credited! I thoroughly read everything on their site knowing if I ordered I would be a member and my credit card would be charged monthly (says this when you sign up to get your first pair of free shoes). I have had no problem skipping months either, overall I have had fantastic service!
This is the most scam filled website I've ever shopped on. Before I had a credit card I used my parents to purchase some boots, I paid my mom the cash I had. The boots came and were in good condition, cheap too. The problem? My parents checked the credit card statement and JustFab had been charging the credit card $40 a month after the first shoes. I NEVER signed up, didn't even get their newsletter. This damn site STOLE MONEY FROM MY PARENTS without any notice- thank god my dad saw something odd... 6 months later- HUNDREDS of dollars. They refunded my parents their money and I will never shop there again. DO NOT SHOP HERE, YOU GET SIGNED UP TO BE A "MEMBER" EVEN IF YOU SELECT NO AND THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EVEN AFTER YOUVE PURCHASED SOMETHING. Their products are in decent condition, but I will never trust a site that charges people behind their backs. JustFab will take advantage of you.
Once they hook you into membership... cancelling or 'skipping'the month becomes impossible. I think it's highly immoral to have a 'skip' button that appears on the their site only 5 days before they charge you. They won't refund and to use the credit it has to be exactly £35?! How is that legal or even fair? Poor customer service the woman actually argued with me! Will not deal with them again and shall be taking it further!
Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
