However, significant issues arise regarding customer service, including delays in shipping, difficulties with returns, and inconsistent product sizing. Some customers report feeling frustrated with unresponsive support and unexpected charges. Overall, while JustFab attracts loyal fans for its fashion items, it faces challenges in maintaining consistent service quality and addressing customer complaints effectively.

I've been a member for quite some time and I did know that there was a $39.95 monthly membership fee which I needed to say 'yes' or 'no' to each month between the 1st and 5th. I know there was a month where I said 'no' but got charged anyway.
So right now I have 2 credits which annoys me but my favorite pair of shoes... and I usually spend a lot of money on good quality shoes which these aren't the best but they're okay... are from JustFab and I get compliments every time I wear them!
Fast forward to today. I know we're going to be gone on vacation and will not have access to email. Do you think I could just have them pre-cancel for March? Heck no! I emailed them on Monday and the automated response is I should have answer with 24 hours. Nope... no response. So... now is the night before I leave 3 days later and I don't need another 'credit' charge of $39.95 so I called them to much fanfare as others state. What a crock of crap! You can NOT pre-cancel for a month. Period. Paragraph. End of story.
So what did I have to do? I had to cancel my membership and hope and pray that they're telling me the truth... because God forbid they could actually email me what they promised (they can't)... that my 2 'Credits' will be processed at the VIP price but I have to call them in order to do it. They were trying to tell me before I demanded to talk to a manager that I would lose my 2 'Credits' and I said... No that's not happening... I demand to talk to a manager right now! What a joke!
Just Fab has debited my account 3 times for £35. After wasting my time trying to call and email them and paypal and my bank refusing to help me, I have decided to make a claim against them (Just Fab) with Small Claims Court. I have just briefly explained the situation and won the case! Just Fab has refunded the £105 and £25 which was the court fee. Don't let them steal your money and fight!
JustFab would be the best place to buy stuff. Everything I ever ordered from
Them was exactly what I expected. Love them. Warning though if you hook
Up as a member they will take 40 bucks off your credit card if you don't
Order every month, you will have 5 days at the beginning of every month
To tell them you are not ordering this month. But the 40 bucks is a
Credit. Being a member though you will get a 50 dollar pair of boots or
Whatever for 10 dollars. Without being a member you still get great
Deals. A year after I am still wearing all the boots I ever ordered from
Them and nothing has fallen apart yet. Love you guys! :)
So I didn't buy any shoes from them. When I saw the add on facebook for only 9.95 I decided to check it out. And I already singed in with my email adress and made an account but I didn't put my credit or payment info. Although my email that I signed in with is connected to paypal. Are they going to charge me for every month too somehow? Would they figure out my paypal?
After JustFab refusing to cancel my account OR refund me, I blocked any further payments to them on PayPal. I also cancelled my bank card to be sure. This stopped them withdrawing money for about 4 months, until this month when to my shock another £35 was debited. When I contacted my bank, they explained the only way JustFab could have taken this money was by fraudulently obtaining my new card details. Apparently it's a common fraud for unscrupulous companies to share their customer's data! The bank is now issuing a refund and blocking any further payments to JustFab. Beware, if you buy from these con artists they'll steal your money and make it impossible to get away!
So I signed up and got 2 pairs of shoes for 40$. When they arrived they were about one time wear. The quality of shoes was not the greatest. Quality would equal to Payless shoes. There is a catch though... they don't tell you this in the advertisement but its in the agreement when you sign. You have to pay 40$ a month for membership. I noticed money missing on my third month. I called back immediately and they were extremely hard to get to and they keep sending me to different sales reps. I ended up getting only half of my money back... it took me like an hour!
I bought shoes from them. They were fine. A few months later I wanted to cancel my account. So I called to cancel and got a refund on my "store credit". I tried to get on my account (to make sure it was inactive) and I couldn't. The month goes by and I'm charged again. So I call to tell them what happened and they said they have a "one time refund policy" and so she cancelled my account and wouldn't give me my money back. She said I can open a claim with the credit card company. I will never buy from them again.
Back in September I ordered a pair of shoes for my birthday on my mothers credit card. I got them for about $15 because they were my first pair. After a few month we noticed that we were charged $40. We were confused and went to the website and found I was charged for FIVE months $40. We called the website number and the guy could only give us that months refund back. Now we have to spend around $150 on their shoes for the nonrefundable $40. Make sure you know you are a VIP member. For me they did not tell me and I was never knew I was charged each month. It is ridiculous and nobody has the time or the money for it. Very disappointed.
Okay so on January 20th, I bought a pair of shoes. The original price was $25 but it said that on my first purchase, there will be a discount. Therefore the amount lowered to $11.75. I bought it and didn't think of it much using a $25 gift card. I also used the same card to buy something else on amazon but that'st not the point. As it turned out today, (2/17th) I checked up on my transactions on the gift card and noticed several attempts to take out $39.95 from my account. Bewildered, I noticed the dates of the attempts: February 6th, 7th, 9th, 13th, and 17th. I didn't have much money left over in the card and it was a good thing that I used a gift card since each attempt was DECLINED. I have about $3.75 left, and I'm going to use it, and then destroy the card. Justfab can keep charging me but I'm not going to give them a call.
Stay away from gimmicks like this one. The merchandise is cheap and not worth the amount of money they charge. They are not doing you any favors by giving you discounts. Just try to delete your profile that contains your credit card information and see how far you get. Once you sign up, you're screwed. You will have to cancel your card to get them to stop charging you because when you try to cancel your membership, you are talking to someone who is paid to make sure you can't.
Don't buy nothing from them the take money from you account every month and you even know when you see they charge 3 o 4 times because you don't skip the first of the month they never told you about they going to charge you and when you call to fix the situation they im sorry you have 10dls of discount the next purchase OMG excuse me you give me discounts when first take my F. Money and the worst they don't care don't return you money you must to used or loss the money. If you buy and don't likes because that happened to my and I finish buying 5 par of shoes for the stupid credit they charge me, immediately call to cancel no matter what cancel.
I selected the items and wanted to find out my price and made me wait so long I had to log out
Horrible company. Don't buy from them. They rip you off and steal from you and then act like they don't understand and respect your calls and then take month and months to get your money back. They say they sent it but you have to keep calling back saying you haven't received it. What $#*!s! I'd give a negative review if I could
They steel from you! Don't make it clear they will take £35 out of your account each month! Called them up fair enough the women was polite on the phone but even still she couldn't understand the situation what was going on! Kept saying I have 3 credits! Which is £105 to spend! I explained to the women I just had a baby and can't afford to be without that money and all she could do is give me £35 back! Which is meant to be back in my back account within 3 to 5 working days but we will see about that...
Awful company. Purchased a pair of shoes (not the buy 2 deal) ONE time. They charged me the following month! $20.00. I had read reviews of this situation after my purchase and thought (well if they credit my account, I'll have it to spend). I log into my account and I have no $20.00 of my own money; it's just taken. For what? Why would I pay a company money month after month for absolutely nothing? I am so stupid. I saw the same shoes on Ebay, Just stick with Ebay! I will have to close my bank account because that is easier than attempting customer service.
This is the worst site to buy anything off of! It is a scam company that steals your money! Do not give them a penny of your money! I bought something 5 months ago thinking I'm getting this great deal for a $10 pair of boots, come to find out they have been charging me $40 a month since I bought the ugly shoes( cheap material, not what expected) then when I called the first time, the representative hung up on me, the second time I called the only thing they could say was "well in the terms and conditions" this is the worst experience I have ever had and I advise you not to spend any money with this rip-off company!
I thought this site seemed too good to be true when i first came across it, as it advertised that your first outfit would be $25.00 when shopping in there fabletics department.
So, obviously I was drawn in by this great deal on athletic apparel.
As I made my first purchase, this turned out to be quite untrue, as I only had 2 items in my cart and my first outfit was not coming out to be this low cost and was in fact much more than $25.00, but I decided I would make my purchase anyways even though they already falsely advertised this one deal. The Items I ordered were fine when I got them and I decided I would just not shop there again now that I had realized their deals were a way to draw you in but were in the end empty lies.
About a month after my one and only purchase, while checking my bank account I was surprised to see a charge from justfab for $39.95 and I knew I had not purchased anything so I called the company and they told me that this amount of money would be taken out of "members" account on a monthly basis. Not only did I not knowingly sign up for this membership, but this monthly cost was not advertised online at all unless you go in search for it (which a person new to the site would never know this) and i never put any credit card information into their system so they must have gotten it somehow when I made my one purchase. The woman on the phone then attempted to change the subject bringing up other options when I flat out told her I wanted to cancel my membership. Eventually she did, but this ended up being a huge scam with false advertisement and they would not even refund me the money that they removed unannounced. Please avoid justfab, fabletics, and every other site related before you know what you are getting into! I would not wish this unfortunate situation on anyone else.
Update:
It has been a few weeks since i canceled my membership (and received the email reiterating that it was canceled) with fabletics and I checked my bank account tonight surprised to find that they had taken $49.95 out of my account... They should no longer have access to my credit card and I should no longer have an account open for them to take money from. This is unbelievable. I am baffled that this situation is occurring. I just called them back and explained to the woman on the phone what happened and she fumbled with her words unable to explain these actions. She then told me that she would give me a refund for the money that was removed but that it would take 7-10 business days and she couldn't cancel my account until that goes through. I am now waiting for this to occur, though with little hope of this being the last of the scheming wrongful behavior of the fabletics business.
I am still waiting for my refund, it has now been a month since you emailed me to let me know you had received the goods back. I have emailed you 4 times now asking where it is, I still haven't any response. Customer service is appalling. I have cancelled my subscription and I would not recommend ordering anything from this company. I also know a few other people who are having the same problem, all of us are waiting for refunds. Disgraceful company.
My husband bought boots for me for Christmas and we are still paying their monthly vip fee whether you want to order anything more or not. Upon calling to cancel were told we will have to pay two more months fees, what a scam!
Wow, those shoes are super cute! You totally want to get them!
Then, every month you can pay your $40 dues to the site which you have to spend before cancelling or it's a total waste of money because there are no refunds!
And, if you get a shoe on promotion there's no refund! Final offer unless it's full price! What a fantastic deal.
This site sucks and has been the bane of my existence the last few months. YOU CAN ONLY CANCEL BY PHONE CALL, and they have a speech about skipping to give you, so just politely tell them you're moving to Indonesia or something to get them off your back.
The shoes aren't anything special, you're better off paying $20 on eBay.
Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
Answer: Make a Small Claims Court claim online. That's how I got my money back..
