So i started a membership with just fab and ordered a pair of boots and when tyhey came in the mail they didn't fit my WIDE CALF. Then i ordered a second pair that i explicitly marked as wide calf and i got them to day and i couldnt zip them up my calf surprise and to think i was so excited to get them and they wernt even the first ones i wanted cause the dont re-manufacturer certain styles even if you specifically request them. So the second pair i settled for and now i cant even fit them then i called in and spoke to a rep and got at return label and a refund and im only getting 26 dollars back for a 39.95 pair of boots not including shipping fee so i canceled my membership and i cant even begin to tell you how mad and frustrated i am. a complete waste of money and time. Why not just give me the boots i wanted in the asctuall size i ordered we arn't all stick figure people that can fit your tiny boots. Fust fab is a rip off and i will not ever shop there and all my freinds i told about it i will be warning.
I received my boots and I was excited because they were cute. I tried one of them on and it fits so I thought good to go. NOT. I had worn the boots twice and found that the one boot was already falling apart. I looked on the website to contact customer service but couldn't find where to let them know. Then a while after that I got an email that said that my credit was there and I thought what credit?! So I look on my visa statement and they have charged me the $39.95 USD which works out to be $55.00 CDN so I called and said oh no you are not charging me when I didn't authorize it. I told the person on the phone that the quality sucked and he said that if I continued to be a VIP member then I could return them but if by being a VIP member and forgetting to skip that month they will charge me another $39.95 so I said forget it, I don't plan on ever shopping there again!

I'm usually not the one to write reviews on anything, but I am severely mad when I get on my account to see there has been $39 taken out of my account when I thought I was just buying $14 boots, not signing up for a monthly charge to my account! I have been on hold with this company for over 20 minutes and still not have been helped. I am furious, and encourage NO ONE to purchase from this website. It is misleading and ends up just being an absolute nightmare.

I ordered Montreal boots last Sunday (11/05) and I got my boots today early in the morning today - Wednesday, 3 days later.
I chose the very fluffy black calf boots and they are perfect; IT'S THE FIRST TIME I NEVER HOW TO BUY BOOTS THAT CAN FIT MY CALVES. I'm 5'2 and 171lb... it fit perfectly... I was / I'm just amazed! I recommend it to my friend... Now let's see.

I signed up for Just Fab after finding a cute pair of boots on their site. I joined the VIP membership in order to get the discount. I finally received the boots that were incredibly small and uncomfortable. After that I couldn't find a single pair that I liked but I continued to skip the month. On three different occasions I tried to cancel my membership for fear of being charged but each time I had to wait over half an hour before abandoning the task all together. I just forgot to skip the month and was charged $40 that I can't afford. I would like to cancel my account but no one will fix this issue. I will not recommend to anyone.

Worst place ever! And customer service sucks. A year ago I ordered a pair of boots waited 3 weeks never got an email or boots when I called them they told me they were sold out of what I wanted so they gave me my money back. This year I tried again to order boots I get an email I should get my boots the next day then the next morning I get another email that there was a delay that I would not get them today the 11/7/17. So I got with customer service told them about the emails and said I would not get the boots until 11/14/17 almost 11 days after I placed the order. Before she had given me the date she told me they were not even shipped out that she had completed a new order to be shipped. I was mad already because its BS what they are doing so I told her to cancel order and reimburse me my money. Guess what she said? She said that since the order was being shipped out already she could not cancel the order. I called her out a few times on the lie but she kept telling me I could not cancel. That after I received the order I could ship it back and get my money back. Best believe I will send the order back...

I ordered 3 pairs of boots- excited that I found a place that finally sold cute wide calf boots. I WAS WRONG. They come in the mail last night, and one pair I couldn't even zip! The other 2 pairs were the same but different colors, and they were so tight, I couldn't even pull them up all the way! I'm not a big girl, I'm 5' and 140 pounds... My calves I would define as pretty standard. So if those are considered wide calf... I would really love to know how big a "normal" person's calves are... I will now be canceling my account- since the company seems to not be very accurate on sizing.

Absolutely disgusting excuse of a company. Sizes are not as advertised and they are no able to resolve any issues. If you have any reason to deal with customer service good luck! Ordered my introductory shoes for $10 then realized I was going to be charged $39.95 every month. I kept trying to cancel my membership and my order but my billing information remained saved on their site. I did get on the chat line with a support person and as far as I can see, my billing info is gone. Just not worth it!

People tell me I am a really kind and patient person and I never wrote a review in my life, which means that yes Just Fab gave me the absolute worse shopping experience of my life that made me take 10 minutes off my schedule just to think and write this review. You guys should just close down and stop scamming people. I have been so patient staying on as a VIP member for 11 months so when I finally redeem my store credit it told me that I could not use store credit with other discounts which is so STUPID because firstly, it was charged in my credit card months ago and since its my money why in the world couldn't I have discounts with it! Its outrageous! So I finally bought a random shoe just to get it over with and I can finally cancel my account but they make it so hard to cancel you have to call in and get charged for the call, and when you do the service agents talk to you FOREVER just to not have you cancel. THIS is by far the worst online store EVER I HATE YOU EVER SO MUCH, and to think it takes so much to even get me annoyed. I better not be charged for cancelling my account or else I am gonna go in every social media and review sites ever created and post this review again and again and again!

I do have to say they're smart with their hook of$10 shoes but they should warn you your going to have an awful time with there company. I ordered boots received them and cancelled my membership like most people. Few weeks went by an my bankaccount was some how in the negative I checked and lo and behold I was charged $39.99 so I called them to let em know that I had already cancelled my membership where I was then told no I hadn't- okay you think no big deal right( well apparently it was) I was told my bank had to redund me and my bank had to take care of the overdraft fee that was caused due to their charging me being that I have a great bank they took care of the overdraft fee but would not take care of the 3999 I was wrongfully charged. It's been a nightmare to say the least after calling customer service weekly for a few months I had to talk to people who can't help me nor understand me I was told a refund was processing well I have yet to receive any refund a year and a half later..

First of all, I love all of their shoes! Theyre true to size, pretty comfy, and super cute. However, you have to realize its a monthly subscription, which is a pain in the $#*!. Once you get your first pair of (cheap) shoes, youre automatically enrolled. There is the option to opt out by the 6th of every month. IF you remember to do that, its great for the future V. I. P deals, buuuut if you dont remember, then, yes, they charge your card $39.95 which can only be used as a store credit. Yeah it sucks because you cant get that money back, but if youre like me, youll use it eventually anyway.
I cant really say anything as far as their customer service on returns, because Ive never wanted to return anything. On the other side, when you try to cancel, they are annoyingly pushy. To combat that you just have to stand your ground (and try to be polite). Theyll try to convince you to stay by offering you more deals, remember theyre a business and they want to keep making money off of you, but STAND YOUR GROUND, and they will back off.
Again, love their shoes, delivery has always been fine, but it sucks having to keep track of when to opt out and then $40 being taken away from you.

Never ever try this awful company. They will charge you $ 39.99 every month after you had your first purchase. You will be regret when you get your first bill and that would br the bigining of a headache to cancle you membership. You will be VIP member automatically when you bought your first purchase. It is force. Canceling your membership itself is a headache. You can cancle your membership just by calling them and listening to their long advertisement!

I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS. This is ridiculous. I ordered a pair of shoes and it made me make an account, which I was fine with. I just figured it was kind of like an amazon account or something. But NOPE. They fail to tell you when you make an account that they will be charging your card $39.95 or more EVERY MONTH for an account. So on October 1st I was charged and I called them and told them I was never told that I would be charged every single month. The first lady I talked to, could barely understand a word she was saying. She kept saying the same thing over and over again and none of the information helped me. She also told me I could not get a refund. So I called the next day wanting a different lady to talk to. The next lady told me she cancelled my account and that she refunded me and it should take 2-5 business days to get my money back. IT'S BEEN ALMOST 20 DAYS - still no refund. I'm 21 years old, barely have any money because of rent and other bills so $39 is a lot of money for me to be down. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. They keep telling me to call my bank. I've talked to my bank 3 times and they told me they aren't seeing anything about a refund popping up. So I will be getting a new card since for some reason JustFab keeps ALL of your information even once you cancel your account.
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I should've read reviews before I ordered shoes.

I have been a customer of JustFab for years and was pleased with the shoes I received. I recently tried their PS Just Fab clothing boxes and am having an awful experience. I kept 1 item out of my last box and returned the rest. I dropped my package off at my office mail center almost 2 weeks ago and the package has still not made its way back. I was charged $250 for items I did not keep. I have been back and forth with JustFab and the local post office to figure out how to resolve this issue. JustFab cannot give me a valid USPS tracking number so there isn't even a way to track the package! No where do they specify that you actually need to go to the USPS local office and drop off the package. I return most of my mail packages through my office and have NEVER had an issue. The representatives I have called at JustFab have been unhelpful and have provided me so far with 2 different invalid tracking numbers. I am extremely frustrated and out $250 I was not expecting. Their PS website is horrible and confusing and most of the time doesn't work for me.

The website is the hardest thing to navigate and I'm 20 years old; I've been navigating websites since I could talk. They make it so difficult to cancel or skip a month so that they can steal your money right from under your nose. Calling to cancel is an awful experience with awful customer service, they try and talk to you for HOURS. I hate justfab.

Before the first of the month I made it my point to be sure that i cancelled this membership after i purchase my first pair of booties. Lo and behold I just checked my banking app and was charged the $39. I promptly called the customer service number only to be treated by an automated system that was able to refund my money. However I wanted to be sure that I would be charged again so I waited on the line to speak to an actual person. Once this women gets on the line I let her know that I had deactivated my account online and she proceeds to tell me that she doesn't know how I did that and that the only way to cancel was over the phone. However I log in to justfab and it says right at the top that this is an inactive account. I did not appreciate the fact that she kept trying to tell me she didn't know what i was talking about. If you don't know the options the website displays you have no business being in customer service. Lastly I let her know that I need the account to be cancelled and she tries to offer me store credit. Uhh no thank you! Awful and misleading company.

You will be automatically entered into a $39.99 per month subscription and they won't let you take your credit card info off the account. It automatically saves your info. They give no option nor explanation to let you know this is what they are doing. Then if you want to cancel the subscription, they will cancel your order and charge 5.95 return fee. The prices before the sale price doesnt look worth it at all. The sale prices are not worth an almost $40 per month fee.

Signed up to the 'VIP club' to get the discount, thinking it'd be okay and that I could cancel the subscription after I'd completed my order. Nope! Even though their FAQ page says that you're free to cancel at any time, they certainly don't make it easy. Can't do it online, you have to call them (which costs you!) and stay on the phone for 20 minutes whilst they faff around trying to convince you to stay. Nightmare! Resorted to blocking them from my PayPal account. Will never do business with them again.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
