I never use my justfab. I ALWAYS remember to skip the month but towards the end I was still being charged regardless of canceling. They gave my money back the first time no problem. Got charged again after I chose to skip, I contacted them after some back and forth they said they'd give me my money back but this was the only time theyd do it. I asked them to cancel my account and after essentially begging me not to go and offering "discounts" they canceled. STILL GOT CHARGED THIS MONTH. They told me the only way that I would be getting my money back is spending it through their site. You can only cancel through a customer service rep or skip the month through the website and each month they "had no record" of me skipping or canceling. It was only after threatening to take legal action that gave me my money back, canceled my account, and FINALLY send me a confirmation email of my cancelation. THEY ARE SHADY DO NOT DO IT GO BUY SHOES AT A STORE OR A LEGIT ONLINE WEBSITE.
I ordered a pair of great boots, but the size wasn't right so I did an exchange. According to the tracking information, there was a problem with the way the package was addressed, so it was never delivered. I called to address the issue and was told they would redeliver priority so I could get it in time for my trip. Shortly after checking on the tracking, it wasn't shipped priority so I had to call back again and to see what could be done. Thankfully, the second individual was able to cancel and resend a new pair that made it on time.

I have only been a member for 6 weeks, but the last few days they have shown their true colors! I received my original $10 pair of boots and the a fine. Not quite what I thought they would look like, but for $10 they were ok. A couple weeks later they charged my account for $40. I went on to use my credits a week ago and found a few sale items that ended up to be $40. It said that I could not use my credit and get the sale price. I tried with a few other items and received the same response. I used my cash money to pay for the credit, why cant I use it to buy sale items? To me it my credit money should be good for $40 because that is what I paid for it. Anyway I went ahead and ordered my stuff and used my credit just to use it and then I was going to cancel my account or at least skip the month until I figured out how the program worked. I got an email this morning about my order and it said they charged me the full amount for the shoes. I tried to skip my order this month following their directions because I was afraid that they would charge my account again before I could get this resolved. And the skip this month tab is nowhere to be found. Surprise surprise. I called customer service and said I wanted to cancel my order. I was hung up on several times. I finally said that I had questions about my order and was connected to someone. He assured me that I will only be charged $32 and that my account would be closed. I for some reason dont believe them. No charges has shown up on my bank statement yet. So we will see. NEVER have I had so much frustration dealing with a company! Stay away from them!

On cyber Monday, I signed up for JustFab because the deal seemed amazing - almost too good to be true! I found two pairs of shoes that I absolutely loved and received them about a week later. These were a Christmas gift so they were not worn until last Monday. Upon wearing one of the pairs of shoes only 3 times, the zipper is already broken and I can no longer wear them?! I've never seen that happen to a shoe zipper before and all I did was zip and unzip them like normal. I'm totally heartbroken because I loved the shoe and received so many compliments upon wearing them out but I will definitely be canceling my membership.

I ordered some boots from here and they charged me multiple times! I called them and asked them why they kept charging and they told me that they couldn't help me. Not to mention my step mother got boots from them as well and they ended up falling apart not even a month after getting them. Yes some of the prices are nice but the quality sucks. I am now canceling my membership because they charge you every month even if you don't buy any boots. Shop at your own risk!

Ordered the special offer pair for $10. Shoes took forever to arrive, and when they did they looked like someone wore them and returned them. It would have cost more to return, so I donated them. I cancelled my account immediately. Well, 11 months later, I'm still trying to "Cancel" the account through their so-called customer service and my bank. Note - your bank or credit card company will not help you because they make you call to cancel so there is no proof. I had to close my account with the bank that I've had forever to finally resolve this on my own. Don't fall for the $10 pair scam - some things are just too good to be true.

I was very disappointed to find that my Like New boots only had one zipper pull. It was impossible to zip them without the pull. I asked to exchange them and was expected to pay postage when they sent me a product that couldn't be used for what it was intended.
I finally gave up and lost 40+ dollars.

I placed an order on thankings giving for a pair of boots. A couple days later they said they cant send my order because of high demand and they would give me a refund. So I waited about 7 days for the refund. It never went back on my card. When I called they asked If I was calling about my four dollar refund when that was not correct because I did not spend four dollars I spent 15 and some change. So I talked To someone and they confirmed that it was 15 so they said it would be refunded so come 2 weeks later I call again because no refund and they just tell me its going to be back my card. So I keep calling and Im emailing them and theyre saying that my refund was refunded on November 30th when thats not correct either cause I had just talk to somebody saying that they were going to process it again so now its december 19th and still no refund. Its so ridiculous Im not even mad about the money Im mad because theyre making it seem that Im lying when I have proof no refund was issued.
Please, not as an angry customer but DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They sound like a great deal at first but they will charge you 40 a month for a membership, even after you have chosen to cancel it. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. Please, do not be misguided by the positive reviews, I can't discredit them, nevertheless my experience was HORRIBLE, the shoes are cheap, they're worth 10 % of what you are paying a dollar, you can wear for 5 minutes because of the way they are made, your feet is not able to stay on them for very long.

Ordered a pair of boots from justfab not too long ago, they were torn after 3 to 5 wears, so I decided to cancel my membership, messaged their online chat, a rep replied within an hour asking the reason for cancelation, I replied and never heard back from the agent again, messaged them again 3 days later, never heard back from them, couple days later I messaged again, still havent gotten any responses.
Justfab, it shouldnt take you an instance to take money out of my account but more than a week to response to your live chat. I ended up going to the bank changed my card number and bank account.

I was at first upset because I ordered a pair of boots great deal but I did not realize it was a membership fee and after my boots arrived I had no intentions of getting more
But today I realized the withdrew $39 from my account
I found the phone number and called explained the situation to coustomer service and they really stepped up to the plate and refunded me very happy with them and yes I would refer them to people to shop but if you are a first time purchase for $10 its agreat deal but know you will be charged fees

Ordered boots n got email dat it was shipped so have been tracking my package and this morning it said it was delivered at 7:0am by the USPS but I got nothing. The USPS does not deliver packages dat early.

I ordered one pair of shoes that were supposedly $10 for the first pair. However my total came to $26 with shipping ect. Whatever that was fine, until they charged me another $52 the following month and I didn't order anything else?! I dont remember wanting to become a VIP member or anything like that, this is ridiculous. I am surprised they are still around. STAY AWAY, do not order form this website you will regret it! They charge your credit card without authorization.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
