Great Picks for me with exception of one shirt. The maroon one. I am not so in to designs on my clothes but I will wear it. I felt like my stylist really listened to me and understood me.
My hat came in a bag, not a box. It was bent, damaged, & the seem was unglued. Very unsatisfied & not able to wear/use it.

You can call and call and call, but they will either make you wait forever trying to give you a deal to not cancel. I tried canceling about five times now, and just can't do it. They suck!

I received an email stating The item I ordered was out of stock and my money would be credited to my account. After attempting online chat multiple times as well as calling and being on hold forever, it's been over 30 days and I'm still out $40.00. Not pleased

Cute clothes, good fit, fast shipping, decently priced. Most of the clothes fit that I ordered, somewhere were a little big or tight, but shipping was very easy and was able to get credit to get something else. So be sure to read the reviews because it's very helpful in letting you size, proportion and fit.

I accidentally forgot to skip a month on JustFab's website, so I was charged the $39.95 fee. I called to see if i could get a refund, as i am a college student and really need every cent i can get, and they told me it was impossible for them to give my money back & that my only option was to use the credit to purchase something else from them? This policy is absolutely ridiculous and is frankly just a method to scam people out of money. Absolutely do not use them.

I ordered a clutch on the first of June and never received it in the mail.
I have no idea why this is saying that the purchase date was July 10 because I haven't ordered anything since. I will not be ordering from JustFab again and will be canceling my membership.

When I signed up I didn't realize it was for a monthly $40 subscription. Overall, the clothes and shoes are really low quality and I ended up donating most of them. It also sucks that I can't just unsubscribe from the service online. Oh and to make matters worse the monthly opt-out button stopped working and I had to call customer service to get my money back and it happened so many times that they wouldn't let me skip the month anymore. I eventually called to cancel for good and had to be very firm and finally I was free from this awful company.

I wear a 9 and I purchased a 9 1/2 shoes and they are still too tight. I bought size 9 boots and they are too tight. I bought gym shoes 9 1/2 and one shoe is smaller than the other.

I was a "VIP Member" for over two years. I have purchased almost everything from their female line including shoes of course. The quality in general is cheap, faux, and almost never true to size! I wouldn't mind so much but I can get a real leather and name brand boot at DSW for the same cost! Too expensive for what your getting. I also have two little girls and gave FabKids a try. Just as bad if not worse with sizing! Customer service lacks and wow are they rude. They also make it impossible to cancel your membership. You cannot cancel online like most online companies such as Amazon. They make you call one of their "fashion consultants" to cancel and a man is on the phone who can barely speak English, who won't stop harassing you to not cancel! I ended up returning my entire last order and canceling my VIP membership all at he same time. They refused to refund my credit card from the order I returned. They would only issue a "store credit". I finally go to use that credit today after a year! I didn't want to buy anything more than my credit - not with it - and on the very last page there are 2 boxes you have the option to check off to become a VIP member. I DID NOT check them. I also paid REGULAR price for the items. Including my credit my order came to $2.62. They charged my card I confirmed. After order was processed a new window popped up welcoming me back to VIP. I was beside myself because I double checked the boxes were NOT checked off. I am so angry. I specifically made sure I could use my credit and purchase items from justfab without having to be a VIP Member but yet again they do things without authorization and forced it. Now I have to call one of their "fashion designers" and speak to someone who doesn't speak English and get into it with them. This company is a rip-off. Read other reviews and articles about them. I hope this company gets sued and goes bankrupt. Owners deserve it.
Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
