So I bought a pair of boots in December. No issues with them, only worn once. I don't remember how long they took to arrive, so not an issue. However, I apparently signed up for a monthly subscription. I was going to need summer shoes anyway, so ok. 3 months in, $119 later, I go to buy shoes. Pick out two pair and the total comes out to me owing $26. I called them only to be told I could only use 1 credit because the other pair were on sale. Nope, you have my money and I'm not giving you more. I argued and they finally agreed to a refund. That was on the 13th, got $39.95 back. I called 2 more times to be told it's all been refunded, talk to PayPal. PayPal has 1 refund. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Give me my money!
I was a VIP member for a a year or more. The shoes are not worth the price, they fall apart very easily. I also used my VIP credit to buy shoes and they charged my bank card. Terrible business.

The whole experience hasn't been good from forgetting your password they email you a link where not where to change password, I called so far twice for a refund never received it shall I go on? It's a joke sad because some of their low quality stuff is okay for use occasionally quick a disappointment. So unless you want to spend a lot of time dealing with issues I would not sign up with them!

It was a promotion at Christmas to get 2pr for $40.00
The fine print said nothing about a monthly fee. And to make it better... I cant get them to stop the fee... it's been 4months.

I ordered shoes for 10 dollars the heel is literally almost broken off after wearing them once, once! A week after (today) I got charged 40 dollars for a "vip" membership that wasn't even damn informed about literally ridiculous I'm gonna try and get my money back tomorrow I don't have the money to pay for that I'm overdrawn in the bank thanks a bunch a literal scam unless you want to be snitched out of 40 dollars and probably even more I recommend you stay the hell away from the company if I could give 0 stars I would.

I bought a pair of shoes and 2 dresses back in December, you get what you pay for. What I did not realize though is that apparently I signed up for vip membership?!?! I was going through my credit card statements today and noticed that they've charged me $50 CAD every month ever since I ordered from them ONCE and did not intend to order again. I DID NOT KNOWINGLY SIGN UP FOR THIS $#*!. THEY ARE ROBBING ME BLIND OF MONEY I DO NOT HAVE. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE 100 STARS I WOULD! I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT AND WAS STILL CHARGED! I ordered a pair of boots and the tracking information said my address was not a valid address so I called customer service and they said those shoes are out of stock and to order another pair. So I ordered another pair of shoes and verified my address and the same thing happened again! This is the worse online retail store I have ever encountered! Don't buy shoes from this store!

Every purchase I've made has been delivered earlier than promised. The items I've purchased have been exactly as described. The only thing that gives me pause about JustFab is #1 their selections of purses is very lacking all the way from. The style to the color. #2.The shoes are absolutely beautiful... if u wear heels... which I do not. The selection of variety of flats is horrendous.

I purchased some shoes last month paid in full now money is going out of my account 18.93 on the 6th of march 35 on the 7th of march I've contacted them asked why they said I'm.not a VIP member I didn't agree to how dare you take people's money without there acknowledge I can't put any money in my accounts now or they steal it it's disgusting

I ordered these in November and here in Alabama it hasn't been a super cold winter for us. So I only wore these a handful of times and the sole on one boot cracked completely on the bottom and they are ruined. I've had another pair of boots from just Fab that u got atleast 5-6 years ago and they still are great, these I had within less than a month and they are ruined. The quality is horrible now and I know it's not me.

I've had moderate success with shoes (some are ok, some are terrible) but the last 2 pairs were awful. I got a pair of tall brown boots- material was so cheap feeling/looking and the calves were so narrow I couldn't get them on! I've never had an issue like this before or since, so it must be the boots. I was so excited about the other pair, which were leopard booties. Ordered a 7.5 and they were HUGE. Fit my friend who wears a 9. Wasnt able to return either and gave them away. I'm hesitant to buy more and am seriously considering cancelling my account. $40 is a lot for shoes you can't wear.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
