As a broke 19 year old girl, this site really screwed me over! I had purchased a pair of sandals NOT KNOWING that I would be charged a monthly fee of $39.99. You guys are very sneaky. Would not recommend buying their products to anyone. And when I tried to cancel my monthly subscription on the phone with a person that works there, he was no help at all. Very disappointed overall.

This company has been debiting my bank account since Nov 2019 for $39.95
I called them today to asked them to reverse these charges and they declined.
I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Federal Trade
Commission. You can't get away robbing people. Horrible way to do business.

I ordered items from justfab on 5/12. They show items as shipped but when contacting FedEx, items have not arrived at fedex for shipping. Did an online chat with "customer service and the agent keeps sending the same answer to me! I trust FedEx in this regard as I have ordered other items from other stored on the same day and the are being delivered or have been delivered! They are using the pandemic as an out for horrible service and substandard assistance! I find this disgusting and dishonest!

Justfab is overall a scam. Yes you receive the product ordered, and yes it looks like the image but you are charged a monthly fee ($40/month) which turns to store credit. They often run sales, like 50% off everything but don't be fooled, you can NOT use the store credit to purchase anything on sale or promotion. You are forced to pay full price. You are always charged minimum $5 shipping and if you need to return something, it's automatically store credit. No refund. To apply the store credit, in my experience, you have to call customer service and ask them to apply the credit. In addition to all of this, the quality of the items is definitely on the lower side. Overall, just a big money grab. Watch your account carefully and proceed with caution.
This £35 subscription monthly fee is a joke. It all seems good when you get some really reasonable initial purchase for some very poor quality shoes. After that the prices are hiked up so the. £35 credit goes nowhere. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST

I've been a member of JustFab for years. I have gotten a bunch of pretty sturdy shoes from them, and have recommended them to family and friends. I loved how you could skip months when you couldn't afford it (which was pretty often with me!), but if you forgot, at least you could go get a pair of shoes for like $5 (since you already paid $35 and that credit would apply to your purchase).
Well apparently they changed those rules. All of a sudden, they don't even give you the option to use your credits. During quarantine, I stupidly forgot to cancel 2 months in a row. I figured well, I already paid for it, I'll get myself a couple of pairs of sandals. I put a few in my cart- the total is $60. I already paid them $70 for two months of "credits." So basically they're asking me to pay $130 for 2 pairs of cheap sandals. I contacted their customer service and they said that the credits are now only good for "full price" items. That's funny, because isn't the point of a "VIP membership" that all of their shoes are discounted? Soooo... my credits are literally good for nothing.
I immediately cancelled my membership. They took $70 from me during a time where everyone has lost their jobs and they won't even allow me to apply those credits towards a pair of $30 sandals. I am so livid and so so disappointed. Keep my money. You obviously need it!

I really like the products even though often the things I like sell out in my size very quickly. They have a great return policy which is great for online ordering. The only issue I think could be better is I never get reminder emails that I need to make a purchase, I get one after my credit goes thru. I'm very busy and can never remember what day I need to make a purchase by so I almost always miss the deadline.

Shoes are made of cheap poor quality materials. Strap tore off when I first put it on. Also, one shoe was bigger than the other. It is also impossible to cancel your account and they won't refund your monthly fee, they make you buy another pair of crappy shoes. Took almost two months to get account canceled.

The math at checkout is terrible
Example: I got charged 39.95 and tried to buy 2 pairs of shoes for $15 each and it says I owe $37 when I checkout NOW HOW DOES THAT WORK 15+15=30 they charged me 39.95 HOW DO I OWE THEM MONEY? Soooo unhappy

I purchased the shoe for a specific event. The shoe arrive, visually - gorgeous, fit - NOT SO MUCH! I couldn't wear the shoe nor did I have time to find an alternative. I ended up gifting the shoe to someone else.

I think the prices is right but the shoe are not as well constructed as is like.
Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
