I'm not for or against a shoe subscription. However, if you forget to cancel, you will not get a refund. You are forced to spend the money. Even if it's one day, you're stuck another month. The quality was good, but the canceling, not so much.

I've ordered about 6 boots or shoes from Just Fab and I have been very pleased with the quality as well as the service! A pair of boots that I ordered were too small and the process to return and exchange the boots were so simple and fast! I have no complaints! I especially appreciate the option to skip any amount of months if I'm not ready to buy any shoes or products for the month! I appreciate not being forced into purchasing if my finances don't allow me to(especially during the pandemic).

I never received 1 pair of shoes from my purchase and I was told I did. Customer Service is very bad. I didn't get my full refund on my 2 orders. I will be canceling my whole account.

They offered a $10 pair of shoes and then somehow billed me $40 a month saying I had signed up for it, which I never did. I didnt find out about it until months later.

AWFUL! It was so bad I really hate to relive it. I paid for first pair and membership. Weeks later told unavailable even though they were when purchased. I had to pay more to buy second pair as I had cancelled membership and was no longer subject to membership prices. AGAIN they told me unavailable. Finally after ordering third option it took 2 months to arrive. Quality was so poor I gave them away

I received all of my items(about 5) on time and in cool condition. The products we're high-quality and fit well. Very satisfied with my purchase.
The wedges are the most comfortable I have ever had. It's like walking on a cloud.
It took a month for my items to come and I'm still missing a package after I use the credit that's back in my account I'm not using your company again

They knew the customers won't read the whole term before joining the membership. They attract you by those beautiful shoes and extremely low prices. But you have to pay for the low quality of those shoes (mine feels like stepping on cardboard) and the secretly charged $39.95 VIP membership per month!
They even try to make the cancellation process as complicated as possible. They provide chatting bot but don't allow cancellation service to be done without a call. When I called the service, the lady spent 5 minutes stopping me from canceling the membership although I've told her how frustrated I was about the charge. They are smart in using the costumer's logic to create a scam in a legal way.

I really wanted to love this site. I have been a member for several years now and purchased several pairs of boots and sandals. No matter what adjustment I make, they never seem to fit. The materials are also very plasticy and never seem to break in, so they aren't very comfortable. I do like, that if you forget to "skip" a month, every six months they will forgive the $40. Otherwise, if you can't be consistent, this subscription can become very expensive and you can find better fit and quality elsewhere.

Shipping with Pitney Bowes is horrible! Said it was shipped on July 8,2020. Expected delivery date was July 14th. Now it's July 23 and no updated tracking or package in sight! Though I've been a customer for years I cannot put up with this lousy shipped and not knowing if I'll even get my package. Should have stuck with proven shippers like ups, Fed ex and usps! Now you are losing a once loyal customer!

. Didn't clearly understand they would keep charging my card each month and then when I call to cancel, they tell me their computers are down and I HAVE TO CALL BACK.
I'm sorry. Your system sucks and that's my fault why? Should have been offered a refund.
Clothes were horribly made, didn't fit properly, and were made with cheap material. Not good.

I don't want to give even in 1 star of this website, it's scam. I bought 1st shoes was $16 after that 2 weeks they charge me $39.95 with no reason, I try asking for my refund, they said not eligible for refund, stupid!

They're very sneaky with how they do things. I ordered a pair of shoes for my bfs mother for Mother's Day, not knowing that I'll be charged monthly. I learned my lesson and decided to skip the month when I decided to purchase something else. It's all in American prices. But I'm on the Canadian site? Which makes ZERO sense. And I checked today and THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT after I had said skip this month. I'm sick of this website stealing money I don't have. I'm very disappointed. During this pandemic and they're still stealing money that I need cause I bought 1 pair of shoes. Big mistake. Everytime I call customer service, I have to wait an hour to even get in touch with someone. I will NEVER order from here again once I cancel my account. Even when you get charged. You can use your points. The points (the $39.95USD) ($55.95CAD) they charge to your account you cannot use to purchase something, it takes money off your bill and you still have to pay with your credit card or debit. NO DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
