I was chatting with a male employee online and being very pleasant asking for a refund because I canceled my membership and was charged $40 and wanted it taken off. I would completely understand if they couldn't and were polite about it but he was nasty. I could tell he either didn't speak good English or couldn't spell. He sent me 4-5 miss typed messages at a time and wouldn't let me respond or defend myself. He was arrogant and it honestly made my anxiety bad for the rest of the day. I work in customer service and im the most understanding person. I've never been treated with such disrespect I wish I remembered his name so I could report his $#*! something with an A. Thank you and have a nice day I will be buying my boots elsewhere from now on and telling my friends about my experience.

I bought boots and did not get boots and I have to called for cancel my stupid vip that I never applied for. I'm waiting for refund and if I can't get my money back I will report to police. That's sucks I can't edit my card information too.

I don't know why because I own shoes with lower heels that still hurt my feet, but these shoes aren't uncomfortable at all, and they look amazing with everything. I'm so glad that I bought them!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED - my mother purchased a pair of shoes from just fab over 2 years ago - she is not very intelligent when it comes to internet based buying and she obviously didnt understand the rules of vip membership. My mother has become rather ill lately and i have been helping out with her finances. To my utter disgust i found that just fab have been taking 35.99 a month for just over 2 years from my mothers bank account. This is absolutely horrendous. Contacted justfab and they said they would reimburse £175. IS THAT A JOKE OR WHAT. ROBBED MY MOTHER OF OVER £850

I had purchased a 7.5 size shoe (my regular size is 7.5) more than 1.5 months ago. Returned for a 8.5 size. That wouldn't fit as well. Requested a 9.5 size. Haven't received an update yet. No update on my order or payment. Meanwhile they charge me for membership which was never explained.
