I've been a customer for about eight or nine years and love, love, love the clothes and shoes! I live in Chicago and do a lot of walking, and the shoes definitely hold up very well. I will probably never shop here again. I was charged for a month that I apparently was on a membership but I never knew that I was on a membership. One good thing they gave me my money back. But the lady was very rude, and kept trying to get me to keep the membership.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes 3 weeks ago, my package hasn't arrived. Everytime I talk to a customer service representative, they tell me that I should give it a few more days for the package to arrive. Each time they extend the shipping time.

I placed order for 2 pairs of winter boots on Nov 9, slippers on Nov 11, slippers were here within 6 days (standard shipping) BUT Order from Nov 9 never got here till Nov 25, took 16 days from placement of order. I never had issues before, UNACCEPTABLE!

While it seems like a great deal to get a pair of shoes for $10... It's not just $10. It costed me over $15. While they say returns and exchanges are free, only in the same style (different size) exchanges are. My return incurred over $5 in a restock fee. The boots that were received were of very low quality, the soles were made from plastic with so little tread that I was slipping on my carpet. The size was also off. I wear a size 7.5 or 8 anywhere else. The size 8 boot was tight on my feet. The first item that didn't fit on my feet and I returned, I could not replace with a different item with the same deal. Furthermore, when I try to use my $10 credit, I would select an item with a sale price of less than $20 but once it showed up in my cart it was $40 or more. Done with this service as it is low-quality and very deceiving.
