I wasn't aware that I was going to get charged a monthly $40 for not buying anything after my first purchase. It's three months later and I still can't reach on the phone to speak about canceling the subscription I didn't know I had (phone is the only way to cancel)
I'm a VIP member with two credits. Within the last few times I've tried to purchase something through Just Fab, my total at check out rarely reflects the discounts/credits I have. It's like you can't use VIP cost with credit but if you use regular cost your credits won't cover the total cost. Very frustrated with the entire shopping process. I will stop my membership when I can use my credits... WHENEVER that may be.

I ordered a pair of boots and the wrong color was sent. I sent them back and received a refund. I tried ordering them again and the same thing happened. When I returned the second pair I was given a partial refund. Since it wasn't my fault, I felt I should have received full refund.

My wife just wanted to buy a pair of shoes for herself. And she did. Came out to about $16 and that was ok. Then a month later she gets charged for a subscription from them and she doesn't even know why? We call the company and they are sorry about the issues only to come to find out a few days later they charge for the sub again! At this point we are getting mad. The very next day they charge the subscription a third time? And we don't have that kind of money to be giving out and when all she wanted was a pair of boots? Your whole company is trash and we will not be coming back. If this review helped anyone I'm sorry for your lose.

I love JustFab! I get most of my shoes from here. The shipping is always timely and arrives well. Most shoes are either true to size or the reviews and comments from people give a precise sizing, which helps me always get the right size for myself. I love the styles and sometimes I wish I bought a second pair of my favorites because some shoes to sell out. I have never been disappointed or let down by JustFab and plan to continue to purchase from them.

I think that it very rude, and just, not right, that a company charges $40 just because you didn't look at the site, at the beginning of each month. I mean, some people work, and sometimes work can get rather involved. My job takes precedence over ANY website. I don't always have the time to go shopping online.
You can subscribe to this site, online, yet, you have to unsubscribe by calling a number. What the hell? You guys are greedy little pick pockets. And I will be unsubscribing. Thanks, Just Fab, your greed cost you a customer.

I ordered a pair of boots. They were on sale and are decent however since ordering the $10 pair of boots I have been automatically charged twice now for $39.95 saying that because I didn't buy anything it automatically charged me because they set up auto shipping for a membership I didn't request. I'm not thrilled with sneaky stuff like this. If I see something I want to buy I will buy it.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
