My experience here is second to none, customers service is always there to help you. I'm always satisfied with my purchase, the quality of the products are excellent.
Got charged even if I've initially opted to skip the month. Called customer service and got someone breathing heavily, with a live chicken clicking loudly in the back. He said he was working from home. Was put on hold without any noticed while he kept breathing extremely heavily. He later assured me me that I'll get a refund. But i am extremely suspicious of these person. Not professional at all and seems to be on some God forsaken village somewhere with live animals around.

They get you in with a first pair $10, betting that you will forgot to cancel. But once you get your order and realize the quality is terrible, sizing not correct, then you have to pay return shipping, which is going to cost your half total of the order, so probably many people decide to keep. But if you forget to cancel, good luck getting a deal on anything decent. The website is stylishly done, but quality is walmart/payless. But that's not the worst part, based on the pricing you can't expect too much. THE ABSOLUTE WORST PART OF THE EXPERIENCE IS THAT ANYTHING GOOD LOOKING IS ALWAYS "OUT OF STOCK" AND EVERY PAGE HAS A "SIGN UP" POPUP EVERY TIME IT LOADS. This is so annoying. Wasted time. This is deliberate to keep you subscribed. I tried so hard to find something to buy, but couldn't. In the end I got one pair of slip on sneakers that are too big, look cheap and cost me triple what I would have paid at Walmart ( because I had cover the return shipping, etc for stuff that didn't work out). The selection is terrible. They don't do anything that isn't outlined one the website, and customer service is quick and good, but overall, the shopping experience is just so customer unfriendly. Trust me, you will be a lot happier shopping at a more reputable retailer, even if it means you pay a bit more a first. I do not recommend Just Fab at all. They aren't dishonest, but their membership program is just not worth the hassle. I would change my rating if they actually had stuff in stock, but over one month of browsing, it's just the same story, even if the item is a "new arrival".

The experience is great, i just wish i can purchase round toed pumps instead of pointed toes. Pointed toes hurt my feet and its too narrow. Please get some round toed pumps to purchase. I purchase some a while back and i loved them.

I have been VIP member for few years now and have made few purchases without having any problem, with reasonable quality in compare to price. But just last month I ordered several shoes and had to return two of them because of size/material problem. I sent back the two shoes using their return label in the same shipping box, but it has been almost one month, which they have only processed and refunded the money for one of the shoes and the other one which has been around 35$, it has not been processed and confirmed to be received. I have talked with multiple agents through phones, chat, facebook etc. and they have not been very helpful. They just keep saying the warehouse has not received that shoe yet and they cannot refund me. I have sent back both shoes in the same big box, which has been delivered, and I am sure there is no other way except mistake by the warehouse in handling the returned items, but they don't accept it and they keep telling me that they will send this for further review and I should contact again in 3 days or open an investigate with mail carrier! This has happened so far for 4 times. This is very weird since how it can be possible that the package has been delivered but inside, one item is missing?! I am really disappointed from the customer service and warehouse staffs. This is not the way they should treat a local VIP customer which has been stayed with them for few years now! I really hope I get back reasonable response from the JF as soon as possible, taking the responsibility for their mistake in handling the return!

Called to exchange 2 pairs of shoes they sent me a return label I asked if I can pay for shipping through another carrier instead of Usps I don't know about anyone else but our mail has been screwed up since November 2020 they told me I had to ship back with what was provided to me so i go ahead and I went on and mailed them back and it's been almost 3 months later still have not received my replacements mor my money back customer service sucks all the give is the run around I definitely will never use this service again it's not right what they do I'm just out of two pair of shoes I honestly paid for and returned

When I realized how junky the shoes were I asked for my $500 credits to be transferred over to fabletics. The answer was no. I then went to use my credits and they said too much time had passed. Really? I'm out $500. I'll never buy anything with KH name on it.

I am a student with very little money. I bought a pair of shoes but had no idea that I was automatically signed up for VIP membership and Justfab would take £35 out of my bank account each month - they have now taken £70 and will not refund this. They say I have to use this to buy more shoes - but I can't afford to spend this money on more shoes - I need it for my food and living expenses.
I had no idea I was getting trapped by this and feel the company is ripping me off.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
