I was a VIP member for a couple months and I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, ended up returning one of them and throwing the other two away. It seems like the shoes are made for showcasing and not for actually wearing them, they are totally uncomfortable and I ended up with severe blisters and bruises in my feet. I don't usually write reviews but I feel like I had to so that no one else will experience what I did. It ruined my whole night(and it was my birthday :( ) The thing is you don't understand how bad they are until you actually walk on them and go around with them. Justfab really needs to improve the shoe quality, until then please keep away..

I order one pair of shoes and this company placed me in VIP. That apparently is their rule without my permission. Which means they continue to charge you on your credit card to support their services. What a scam because I could have made these cheap sandels myself. I will be disputing these charges at all cost. By the way their customer service just refer you back to the website. They know there is a super long legal document that allows the company, JustFab, to hide behind. It is all online and how many shoppers have to read a legal document before they order a pair of shoes? How many companies need that if their procedures are legitimate? Beware

Do not use this website or sign up to it. We have been charged every month for the past year without our knowledge. When we tried to call costumer service to end our "vip membership", we got hung up on.

I really like the quality of the products but it the return policy is not good as well as the customer service. I am saying this because i had ordered a pair of canvas shoes but the size i ordered was not exactly same, i got one size big shoes. So i tried to contact customer care but they were very late imean the process to contact them was very long, it took me 2 days to get in touch with them.

I'm writing this review to ask JustFab to update and upgrade their selections. I have LOTS of credit to burn because unbeknownst to me, JustFab kept charging me the monthly credit amount after I thought I had cancelled my membership. Much as I try to find something to buy, I end up not buying anything because the selections are so ho-hum. I've even asked my daughter, sister, and a friend to let me know if there's anything they find interesting, and nobody has taken the bait! That's the ultimate sign that your merchandise needs a breath of something exciting, when people can't even take advantage of "freebies." There's nothing I would love more than to just close this account, but I can't, so now I just keep hitting the "skip this month" button until I use up all my credit.

I order shoes in a wide size and when they were delivered I never tried them on. When I did actually try them on they are too wide and now I've missed the return date. I'm stuck with two pair of cute shoes that are too wide and I can't wear. I should've tried them on but I just knew they were going to fit like usually but it's Unfortunate. I wish there was more time to send items back for members.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
