Most of the shoes I got I liked. The jewelry was garbage and cheap. Trying to send anything back was a pain so I never sent anything back. The last jumpsuit I bought felt like sand paper. I finally just canceled my account as I could never find anything worth buying.

Just Fab asks you to sign up and get the first pair of shoes for $10, which is amazing, but what they don't tell you is that they will take money out of your bank account without you knowing, and they make opting out of the option hidden and not known, forcing their costumers to buy shoes every month. Not every woman buys that many shoes. So get rid of that option and let us buy shoes on our terms, not having to remember when to opt out on every month

Love the boots but have not tried them all on yet. The grey slouch boots have gotten many compliments and they are very comfortable, may have to get a back up pair just to be safe! The shipping was pretty quick too!

Truly the worst possible experience possible. I skipped the month and was charged anyways. I reached out to customer service via phone which the lines are disconnected, then over Facebook to which I received no reply, and on Instagram my comments were HIDDEN from other users. Absolutely horrible. I had to cancel my credit card to prevent future charges. I would absolutely discourage anyone from ever purchasing from them.

It's been pretty still a little confused about the sizes, I didn't know know about cave size it's been awhile since I bought boots like yours, I go to order a knew pair with the credit cause I don't want to lose that and when I went to the check out which I couldn't find anyway my total didn't show on there plus I was told I could get the first pair for 10 dollars, I didn't know if it has to be the ones that are marked 10 dollars thanks but I really enjoy the new updates thank you

They have a whole section of "plus size" but their size guide is inaccurate, they do not hold any actual plus size. Claim to go to a 3x but their 3x is a normal American 1x. Their options are not good. Besides the issue of plus size I got a purse from them and it does not latch correctly and is pilling after less than a month and it was very expensive. I tried to cancel my account and it said I did but then charged me anyways the next month. I put in a contact me help email and no one ever got back to me. Their shoes are fine, but the size guide is also not correct. Don't try to return stuff its not worth it because they say the shoes are damaged, because the box looks damaged. (which is how it is delivered everytime) Don't waste your money farther than the 10 dollar any pair. Delete your account immediately after.

Did not receive my last order of two pairs of shoes. I have at least 10 credits that cost about $40 each on a monthly subscription automatically deducted from my account. However, I must buy and pay for at least one pair of shoes to receive the second pair using the 10 credits (10 pair already) already previously paid for. Been a member for over 2 years but biggest rip off. Cheap shoe quality.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
