I bought a pair of boots. The price was cheap. The product was okay. But after a few weeks, they charged me $49.95 as VIP credit! I discovered this after the translation was complete. I called and was able to get the money back. It is absolutely unacceptable that someone can charge me weeks after the purchase. If I was busy or unmindful, I could have lost the money.

I order a pair of boots and before I realize I put the wrong sides down and I ordered a size 12 but I try to change it to a seven and a half and I call customer service and they said it was nothing they could do right then and there I had to wait till I get my order and then ship them back
