Loved the show style but the quality of the shoes seemed a bit off. I bought a pair of heels and some flats. The flat sandals were great just ran a bit large. The heels were off completely, each shoe fit a bit different. It was almost as if one was a wide fit and the other wasn't. The heels also didn't have any size info or anything for a label.
I returned both pairs for an exchange. I hope the process goes smoothly.

The shorts are so short nothing like the picture. When I say short I mean short. You can tell the tag hangs out the bottom about where the length of shorts should have been. They must have been running low on material. I unfortunately ordered several in different colors thinking they would be perfect for my son.

I purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter. She wears a 9.5 and that is what I ordered. She couldn't even get her foot into the shoe, it was at least 2 sizes too small. They only had up to a size 10 in that style so I couldn't get a replacement. Sending them back and hopefully I get refunded and not a store credit.
I also ordered a pair of shorts on clearance in my usual size but they were a full size small. Since they were on clearance I can't return them so I'll just have to give them away to someone.
Sizes seem very inconsistent.

Lately - the last 18 months or so - the clothing range has narrowed to women from about 17 years old to in the mid 20's in age: Very skimpy tops that barely reach their waists. Tops where underwear like a bra would be impossible to wear. It is now very rare to see clothing that exceed XXL in size where before sizing went up to 3X. I counted a while ago and there were SEVEN, only SEVEN pieces of clothing on the entire website that came in sizes 1X, 2X and 3X. Then looking at these larger sizes you find that almost all have thin spaghetti straps, or is a one shoulder design or both shoulders naked. Large women need proper underwear! These thin, flimsy strap and one shoulder monstrosities that prevent and make it impossible to wear a bra, only serve to make a larger woman look trashy. I am afraid my membership will not outlast these horrible designs. I also believe these unsuitable designs are created by women that normally wear a size Small and can afford to not wear underwear.! I am not a fan of your latest designs! By not having a decent range of clothing for me to chose from, JustFab is sending a message that my custom is no longer needed and they are catering for the very young crowd who still like to flash what their Mama gave them. A short, short skirt and barely covered chests or ripped clothes and shorts are not suitable for serious office staff. Maybe suitable for a cruise or a beach and then only if you weigh less than 100 pounds! So, I am no longer impressed by JustFab!

I bought shoes and clothes from JustFab a few times. While there are a few items I love, I wouldn't have bought most of them if it were in person. The quality was cheap and the price wasn't low enough to warrant that. Additionally, returning it is pointless because then I'd still have to find another item I like which just adds to the stress. They had a great idea but poor execution. I also hate that you have to call to cancel your membership. That's just stupid.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
