Love the bundle

I love JustFab. I have been a customer for a very long time. I can skip a month but even if I skip I usually find something I love.
This bundle is adorable. The shoes were a bit high for me so I just exchanged them.
I will always be a JustFab fan!

Need a different shipping company

My shipments were 5 days delayed bc shipping company "couldn't find" my location. When they've delivered before and each time before have left it in the wrong place and called it delivered and I couldn't find it, only to find out it was being left in the lobby of a building when the address specifically has a suite #. Laser ship is the worst

Not enough choices

Every month I have to pick pair of shoes but there isn't enough good choices so I buy for my girls however they have to have matching shoes because of same issue.

Website so glitchy

It's difficult to maneuver through the site, especially when going to place an order, the wheel just spins and spins, making it impossible to place the order. Often taking a day or two to have my orders processed. Ugh.

Never my size

There is no one to help me out when I'm checking out I have to check in for the subscription again that I unsubcribed earlier and I wasn't happy with that subscription because I didn't know about it. Now I'm given a credits to purchase bit it still asks me to check the subscription again.

Never recieved all of my items

I am still waiting for items which is in pending status. I tried to contact JF customer service department both the rep and the manager was very rude. The rep tried to out talk me and provide me with answers before I could even get me question out. When I asked for a Manager he was refusing, until I asked him 3 times are you refusing to transfer me a Manager. The Manager (which I'm not even sure was one) was rude and could not provide me with a reliable answer. This is not the JF I once remember being a member of for over 9 years. Worst experience, service, and will never order again. I prefer Shien get my stuff a lot faster

In love and blessed!

I had been eyeing a few of your coats/jackets when... poof!-I scored the Cinched Utility Jacket (Camo!), the Wrap Front Double Knit Coat (RED!), and the fabulous Brocade Double Breasted Blazer. I am in love with all three of them, and in each for it's hot self.
I'm about to test out my Pillow Nylon Weekender Bag as we are leaving for the beach. As much as I am "here for Summer". I can't wait to ROCK these jackets!

Sent the wrong size

How can sizes vary this much?

I have been a Just Fab member for years, but recently, the sizing is way off. In my most recent order, 3 if the 5 items I purchased didn't fit. Some were too small, and one was too big. I know my sizes. Just Fab knows my sizes. How can there be such inconsistencies in sizing? So frustrating! And so is the return process. Not all of us have printers.
I used to love Fus Fab. Now, I'm Just Through.
