I ordered 3 pairs of boots and waited 5 to 7 days for my boots the days became over the original time I was supposed to receive my package I had to track my package down that had been delivered at the wrong address which I had put the right address on my account so I had to reorder and the 3 pair of boots I ordered where out of stock and that crushed my heart because I had ordered what I had my heart and mind set on that was perfectly for me so I had to have store credit and could not be refunded my money back and that really teed me off because I was forced to order something I didn't want to order so I don't think I would be ordering from this company again unless I get some good discounts to make me want to stay as a good paying customer as well as my friends and family that order on here as well thank you for letting me exspress my concerns
It was easy and my shipment came on time! Size of the dress is true to fit as well as the shoes!

Gave me wrong order. Then sent the shoes I actually ordered and they fit so poorly. Ended up not even wearing any of them for my prom. Also can't even make a return they're only giving exchanges or in store credit.

I made a purchase of 3 pairs
Just one was "ok", one was a size bigger but I decided to keep them since where boots and I can use them with double socks which by the way it shouldn't be like that. The 3rd pair was the worst, they were flats and 2 sizes bigger, I contacted you via Fb inbox and got a returning label, I returned them and receive a new pair, again almost 2 sizes bigger AGAIN. I decided to just give them away because didn't want to waste my time with another exchange when you got an error in your tags and don't even check it, the tag said the correct size but the show wasn't that size, you had a production issue and haven't corrected and seems to be with several styles, since I purchase boots and flats and both had issues. I have purchase from you several times and I have never had an issues with sizes, since I'm not a half size my size was always in every pair correct and I have purchase several in these years. Now I'm afraid to purchase again and get the same issue, I feel like you are letting your quality to the side and just trying to sell. I love a good discount but not when the product isn't right.

JustFab ships very quick, selection and specials are varied every month. I have received many compliments on my handbags and shoes (always try to match both), and the quality is great.

The shoes were not exactly the color I pictured. I recently went to order some shoes and the price kept changing before I could purchase them. It first offered me a $15 credit for my 1st app purchase and charged me for shipping for a $54 order, then took away the credit and removed the shipping. Confusing

I have 17 credits. The credits is from them charging you a monthly payments of $39.99. I was told it can go towards your purchase. My 17 credits are build up for the past three years. I've skipped months because I wasn't able to use them and every time I've tried using my credits, they keep canceling my order! I've tried to contact them through email and calling them but no answer. So I'm guessing they are SCAMMERS! They just want your money and lying to you about you can use your credits for the purchase. $39.99 x 17 = $679.89 it's what I've paid for. It sucks they can't refund your money!

I joined just fab when it was one of the first shoe subs. After buying about 30 pairs, I cancelled my subscription as the result of a really long and awful experience with customer service over an order where I was mischarged and all of my points were taken away and they refused to correct it. A year or so ago i renewed for a specific pair I was looking for and of course forgot to skip a couple months, which wouldn't have been such a. Problem if just fab offered anything decent. I tried to order sandals and there was 4 options. In March. Right before spring vacation. 2 of those were the same shoe in different colors. The shoes aren't worth the price even with the discounts. The styles are so ugly. The selections used to be a lot more interesting, but it looks like everything worth buying has been shifted to shoedazzle. They will tell you they don't actually share anything with shoe dazzle and that's why you can't use your credits there, but i have shoe boxes from old JustFab orders that came in shoedazzle boxes (I've never held a shoedazzle subscription). So clearly they share inventory. The quality is terrible. A lot of the fuller silhouettes aren't even foot shaped. But the worst was a pair of espadrilles with two wide bands that literally came unglued while walking through a busy downtown area on a date and FELL OFF MY FEET because the straps were no long attached to the shoes. I had to leave barefoot and then shove my toes in the ends to hobble through a Marshalls and buy a pair of flip flops with my date. This company is trash.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
