I bought a pair of slides in my normal size and they are too big. With this order I also bought a pair of sneakers in my normal size and they are to small. The return policy is not as simple as they make it sound. You have to take them to UPS and then pay the postage out of your pocket. No return label.
Accidentally signed up for VIP without realizing that they charge your account $50 and say it's "credit". It's just a way for them to get $50 guaranteed. Scam. I ordered VIP items and both pairs of shoes were the wrong size and the pant were nothing like the picture. They wouldn't allow me to refund the 3 items so they gave me $70 in credits. Then when I called to cancel my VIP so I didn't get charged next month they took the credits and didn't refund the money... so they basically stole about $120 from me. NEVER WILL I ORDER AGAIN

I never feel pressured to purchase which makes it stress free to shop.
You should make it easier for customers by having one check out for both just fab & shoedazzle. Also, the skip the month should be placed on the front of both front pages of their Apps for easy access. Despite skipping a month, I still purchase frequently.

I loved JustFab when I originally signed up years ago. Now they have the ugliest items I ever seen in my life. It looks like someone's grandmother is making the pieces now. Everything is old fashioned. I only placed this order because I had a credit. But I need to cancel my membership

I ordered three pairs of sandals and each one is worst then the next. The clear pair cut my toes. The tan pair is tighter than anything and the white pair slip right off. Will not be purchasing anymore from here.

I have never had an issue with purchasing from JustFab. There has only been 1 or 2 items that didn't fit properly, but overall, I have loved everything I have purchased from JustFab.
My item never arrived and JustFab refused a refund, store credit only. Not happy. Not pleased.
