Loved the look of almost all the shoes. Two out of the 6 I purchased didn't look as good in person. I shipped them back because of that and they weren't true to size. I also had some size issues with the other shoes but I was able to make them work. I think the wide size should be just that and make an additional plus size shoe. My feel are wide but my ankles are small. The wide shoes fit like plus size.

The quality of the shoes is bad. Comparable to forever 21. Cheap materials that deteriorated after a few wears. Fast fashion that will not last you. The only good thing about just fab is the clearance sales.
The site is also slow, and customer service is bad.

My experience with JustFab has been fine, except I placed my order on July 23rd and still have not gotten it. I know this is not JustFab's fault, as this is entirely on FedEx, but JustFab should utilize a better carrier. There is no way I should be waiting two and a half weeks for a package to arrive. Hopefully it finally comes on Thursday.

I purchased several blazers while they were on sale and I used my points which allowed me to get 4 or 5 pieces of clothing for an amazing price (under $15 shipped!). Once my items arrived 2 were not the correct size that I ordered. I got shipped and XS when I ordered a large and when I went to exchange the items the sizes that I needed were sold out.

Prices are reasonable although my size is often sold out. My most recent purchase arrived quickly. The clothing fit well but shoes were small. Returns were easy.
