Extremely Frustrated & Disappointed

I placed my order on 1/4 and finally received the two pairs of boots I ordered, which one pair was ordered for a specific event on 1/18. The boots came in on 1/14. This morning (1/15) I tried the boots on, only to see that the boots I really needed were sent to me in the wrong size. I cannot begin to describe how upset and extremely disappointed I am. Now I have to go out at the last minute and find a pair of boots for my event because I have to send the wrong size back and wait until Just Fab receives them back in order for me to receive the size I should have received in the first place.

I love my boots.

The reason I give 4 starts is because they send me wrong size. I ordered 3 pairs size 6, and they send me two of them size 6.5. I didn't return because I love them and still fit me just a little bit big. So need to be careful with. But the boots are extremely nice. And comfortable. I love them.
