I Ordered a pair of shoes. Because I did not notice the guest check out and checked out like a regular customer I was signed up automatically for a subscription which was in very very fine print. I had no idea I was signing up for. I had no interest in purchasing other products from this website though my card was charged $40 every month for almost a year and a half. I did not notice as it was such a small charge, but after so many months it really added up. I was able to get a refund after a long ordeal and hassle calling the company. I would not recommend just fab to anybody.

Charge overprice. It says 10 dollar on first purchased but when it came they charge me almost 60$. Not a good experience

Value has definitely improved shipping is always faster then expected. Sometime would like a little more variety it shows a lot of the same styles just in different colors.

I ordered 5 pairs of shoes, 3 we're too big. I attempted to initiate an exchange through the website but was unable to do so. I called JustFab and the wonderful representative was able to get the exchange initiated successfully. I returned the 3 pairs and JustFab quickly sent the exchange order. I received the 3 pairs of shoes and am extremely happy with the purchase and experience.

I read a lot of reviews about this product and I wasn't sure what size to get because I am usually a 9.5 or a 10. I ended up ordering a 9.5 and it was actually too big. I thought maybe it would still be okay but when I would try to walk in them it would hurt my feet from trying to keep them on. I exchanged them for a size 9 and now I can't even get my foot to fit in the shoe. It's like the 9.5 fit like a 10 and the 9 fit like an 8. Weird. I am super disappointed because these are super cute.

I got an ad online claiming that by signing up, I would be able to purchase a first pair of shoes for ten dollars. I probably should've known that this was too good to be true, but I was hopeful. I got the pair, (couldn't wear them anyway because they were way too big) but was automatically signed up for a $50 monthly subscription without even realizing. This subscription is completely pointless as you pay FIFTY dollars a month just for a 30% discount or "exclusive" shoes. When I saw that the money was taken out of my account, I tried getting in contact as fast as possible (no one came to talk on the live chat so I had to call). They canceled my subscription, after prying for five minutes and trying to convince me to keep it, but my money was not even refunded, they turn it into "store credit" (which I'm not going to use). Overall, this $#*! sucks $#*!. Thank you.

I've ordered from JustFab multiple times and really like their shoes. They're comfortable and as pictured which I like. I buy during their sales because full price still seems expensive.
BUT
I've had problems where I order shoes in my size and receive the same shoe in a different size. (I'm talking like 4 to 5 sizes difference!) When I call to return them and ask what happened, they said they were the only ones of that style left. Shoes in the wrong size are useless to me! Don't order a style if there's a notification that there are less than 10 left. The website doesn't have a live inventory but if you call or message them, they can see how many are actually left.
