I bought the shoes and I needed to return my products for a different size, I contacted customer services were they provided an information that is not working. They said that I need to go to my account, my orders and from there I would be able to see the option to exchange my shoes. The option is not there and is not available. I lost my money

I ordered a number of items to take advantage of an offer. Unfortunately, some of the items didn't fit, and one of them was a completely different colour than what I ordered. I would have liked to return 3-4 of the pairs of shoes, but could not find an option to do so. The sizing seems to be very inconsistent as well. I got a couple good pairs, but overall I'm not satisfied with the quality and unhappy with the mistake in the order. Good prices, but poor quality. I won't be making any more orders.

I was not informed that there was a reoccurring charge until it was too late and my card was charged. I cancelled my subscription but i was not refunded the charge and i had lost the "points" for the charge too.

One pair fit perfectly fine the other pair was a little tight and they were both the same size.

They give you a hard time when you request to cancel membership. If you forget to cancel the fee before the 4th of the month then you are stuck with the fee taken out of your account. Then you are forced to use whatever points you have accumulated. They tell you call us we will add the credit to your purchase. Who has the time to do all that. I just wish they make it easy to cancel when you want. Like other subscriptions. Not happy.
