Honestly, I enjoyed this retailer when i first started ordering from them. The shoes hold up and are a decent quality. However, the clothes are quite over priced and dont hold up at all. I ordered one of their suits and after a few uses the zippers broke and the padded became dislodged in the lining of it. They didnt hold their pleating shape either. Not to mention their UX to return is almost impossible - there is not an area to actually select which items you want to return so I guess I have to call to do it over the phone.

I ordered a pair of shoes that are too small and tight. I tried to exchange and the website literally wont let me. It says to call the phone number below and then there is no phone number below LOL seems super sketchy to me. I just want a refund or exchange for a bigger size.

2 different size shoes, a long phone conversation, and then a hassle to return. I should have been able to get a refund and not had to hassle with return because of your error. In the end I got nothing except wasted time.
