Quick and easy order of snowboots. I love them more than I thought I would! Fast delivery
I recently ordered three items. Two pairs of pants and one top. And I ordered the same size for all three. What I received was a whole other world of different sizes. Yes, they are all MARKED as the same size. But they are far from it.
One pair of pants fits well. Yay!
The top/bodysuit is too big. Like gaping big. Falling off of me too big.
And the other pair of pants? About 3/4 of the size of the first. WAY TOO SMALL. I can't even get them up over my hips.

I found the clothes to not be of high quality, but it was ok while the membership was $39.99. Once the membership became $50/month, I made sure to use all my credits and cancel. The increase in membership cost was the reason why I don't want to do business with JustFab any longer, given that the quality, selection of merchandise and shipping time did not improve.

I used to be such a fan of JF because I loved shopping for shoes and I had to rarely be concerned about availability in my size. However, now I find myself getting ready to cancel my membership because the shoes sometimes takes a month to arrive, which can be a big issue when you have time constraints. I often find myself on other sites because I KNOW they will deliver quicker. I'm not quite sure if the membership is worth keeping at this point.

I like the boots. I did not know you would have to buy or go into an account monthly to skip the month or be charged 49.99. Otherwise ide give a five. I don't understand why or what you receive if you forget to sign in and skip the month and you get charged,what you are supposed to receive? I guess the only deal you get is the first pair of boots for 9.99.

The boots were not good quality and poor fitting. I tried to cancel the membership and it hasn't happened yet. Very disappointing.

I ordered a couple of shoes with the vip membership; that I tried for the first time; unfortunately one pair that I ordered for the 7.5 size came out wrong size (9.5); I was disappointed and asked for replacement stating that I got the wrong size; they sent me again replacement that I asked for size 7; but again right foot was 6.5 and left foot as 7!
Which made me really nervous to repeat the same mistake twice!
I tried to ask for exchange or return again because I cannot wear a shoe with two different sizes!
And that option was unavailable on the website or the application!now I throwed them away and I am unsatisfied with the purchase! I lost money!

These shoes are the worst quality I've ever see. Not to mention the slow shipping time.
There's no way to wear the boots and not get blisters because of the poor craftsmanship.
I will be returning them and not using your company again. Not Recommended

Only thing that I was a bit disappointed in was the fact that I ordered certain shoe models same size in different colors and the sizing was not consistent.
