The membership is so worth it! I get the best deals from just fab. Plus, you can skip the month very easily and returns are easy as well. I haven't had to speak with customer service very many times, but when I have they are quick to answer and very helpful. The only thing I will say is that I use Just Fab primarily for buying boots. I've found that I don't like their tennis shoes and flats as much, but their boots are very cute and quality! I'm very satisfied with my membership.
These are WAY too large! I ordered my size but they feel 1-2 sizes too large.

Boots were so wide in the calf area I couldn't wear them. Boot material was horrible. Gave boots to charity.

There is no consistency in purchasing shoe sizes. I'm between a 7 and 7.5 and consistently the 7.5 don't fit in a shoe (too small) but the 8's are too big. The prices are ridiculous for something I haven't tried on.

It was my first experience. I ordered a pair of shoes, I was told for $11, but then they added very expensive shipping. I was further informed that somehow I became a member of a VIP club for $50 a month. It's been over 2 weeks now and I still haven't received my order.
